I used a different company five years ago for a repair, so I called them last evening when my garage door was stuck open. After getting no answer, or voicemail, I found your website. The phone was answered quickly by a real person, and after we discussed my problem, I was given an appointment for first thing this morning. Jason Skillern arrived right on time, and was both professional and friendly. I had thought the motor had burned out after 21 years, but Jason pointed out that the carriage was hung up on a screw. Since another part of the carriage was damaged, I decided to have basically everything but the door and spring replaced due to its age. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, or buy the most expensive package. Jason complted the work in about an hour, and walked me through everything I neded to know. You can be sure that I will use your compan if I ever need help with the door or equipment

I called two places and got answering machines. Called PRECISION and they ANSWER the phone ….. Lady was very polite, asked what was wrong and I set an appointment. Daniel came out and was very professional and told us what we needed to fix our doors up to par. We then had him repair them. They work great :) He took time to explain everything to us as well. We will always recommend PECISION and use them from now on. PROFESSIONAL, GREAT SERVICE - 5 stars !!!!!!

After another company failed to show up on a Saturday afternoon I called Precision Door on Saturday evening to see if they could help me out. They set an appointment for the very next day. Then come Sunday morning the service person actually called in advance of the appointment to say they were running ahead and asked if they could arrive early. They offered straightforward and honest pricing and did not pressure me into paying for something I did not want. The work was performed efficiently and professionally. My only complaint with the experience is that I didn't call Precision Door in the first place. Thanks to the Precision Door team for respecting my time and helping me get this door fixed quickly and professionally.

I was in a very bad situation because one of my 47 year old 1- piece garage doors had broken a weld and collapsed on that side and had jerked the track roller off on the other side leaving my truck trapped inside the garage . I called your company to ask for help . A very nice lady listened to my story and stated that she could send Jeremy Wessels to my home look at my broken door. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me raise the collapsed long enough for me to back my truck out of the garage. He did a very good good inspection and a great job helping me to pick out two new insulated garage doors. He also did a great job measuring and explaining every detail about the doors that I picked out he also gave me an estimate that explained every cost that was involved for two new doors and the total cost of those doors plus installation. I decided to go with your company mainly because Jeremy was so meticulous about doing a good job. He was even able to take my downpayment using a credit card. My original installation date was set for 11/08/2018. I was very exited that morning when I got a phone call from the person that had scheduled my installation stating that the door manufacturer had only shipped one of my doors and that he would have postpone my install. I accepted the explanation that I was given about this at first but the more I thought abut it the less sense it made to me . I wondered about why your company would schedule my install with out having my two doors in house. That worried me all of that day and I decided that I would call your customer service and ask to speak with Dan, the owner of the company and I was told that I could not speak with him or have his personal phone number. They finally agreed to have Dan give me a callback at my home number. I waited for about forty five minutes but Dan never called me. Instead I got a call from the person that had explained to me that morning that the door company had shipped only one of my doors. I asked this person why would schedule my install without having my two doors in house. He finally confessed that he had only ordered one of my doors to begin with and that he was too embarrassed to tell me that he had screwed up my door order by only ordering one door to begin with. I tried to explain to him that if he had told me the TRUTH about this in his first call to me that I would have accepted the fact that he had made an error. I do not abide people that lie to me and it made me wonder what else would he lie about to me or other customers of your company. Due to this persons lies I FINALLY had my two doors installed on 11/28/2018!! I would like to comment on my very great Lead Installer Brandon Christensen. He did an excellent job of installing my two new garage doors. Jeremy and Brandon are two of your most valuable employees and Dan should be very proud of the work that these two young men every day. I love my new garage doors, but I wish that I had not had to wait so long to get my installation done due to a dishonest employee of yours. I have always strived to honest in all of my business and personal dealings with all people. I guess that you will not post my review on your website but I had to be honest and explain my opinion. I hope that the person that lied to me has seen the error of not being honest to customers and that he will never be untruthful to anyone in the future. it was Friday afternoon when I got home and garage door spring broke, I found precision through google, reviews were very good so I called and she said someone could come that night. I didn't even get to meet the repairman, but he was as polite and professional over the phone that anyone could possibly be. He repaired my issues with my door and it works like a charm. I just knew I was going to have to have it replaced but Dillon said he could repair it just fine. I was so relieved.
