Jason arrived promptly at my home. After talking with him he concluded that a power outage caused the opener to malfunction. He reset the opener and performed a safety check on the door spring and hinges. The best part was since I purchased the opener from Precision it was still under warranty and did not cost me anything. I am very pleased with how quickly someone showed up to repair my garage doors within a few hours of my call. I did end up needing new openers which really didn't surprise me since the ones I had were about 25 years old. My installer, Jason, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
