I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. He told me exactly what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix the issue without pressuring me to fix or replace things I didnâ??t necessarily need. I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision. The technician (Cory) was very informative and explained the problem and corrected it by replacing the garage door opener as mine was almost 12 years old. I did have to call back about 3 weeks later as an adjustment was required due to a popping sound when door raised. I heard about Precision Garage Doors through my sister which had work done by your company a year ago and was also very pleased with the wok done.

Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new.
