First off, you guys are way over priced. I paid the $44 service fee to have you come check my door out and it was going to cost me $450 to get my springs replaced and some other services. I shopped around and found someone able to replace the entire door & frame for $600! Your technician was nice and polite but your prices aren't competitive at all!

The technician, Jeff Zook, was very professional. He called before arriving and then arrived at the beginning of the appointment period. He clearly showed me the worn bearings and discussed my options. I already knew one of the torsion bar springs was broken and both needed to be replaced. I selected the deluxe package with the lifetime warranty. He then did the repair efficiently and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the result.

I called around 10:30 and was treated royally and Ricky called around 12:45 and said he would be there at 1:00 and he was. He explained what I needed done gave me a price and started work. He as done in no time at all and the door works great, better than it ever has.

Pete did a great job, and he even arrived ahead of schedule, he was pleasant to deal with. I am also happy that you have weekend service, because I called 5 other Garage Door Companies and Precision was the only company that was open for business. The only complaint I have is that the price of replacing my metal rollers with Nylon rollers, they run around $4 a piece, but you charged $18 a piece to replace them, I thought that was a little expensive for the labor and rollers. I chose Precision because you had Saturday service, and I chose it on the internet, and then I heard about it on the radio. I needed my garage door repaired because it was working sporadically. The repairman was on time, which was very good, and he fixed it quickly, but it wasn't fixed when he left; but I called him back, and he returned later in the day and figured out what was really wrong with it and fixed it.

One year later, the crease in the door turned into a tear, and was affecting the door's performance. The honesty and sincerity of short term help, long term solution advice, and factual assessment of what needed to be done was very appreciated. The work was GREAT and we will use Precision again! I don't recall my technicians name only because the work was done over a month ago, and I don't remember, but the technician made ALL the difference.

We had a problem with our door on a Sat.morning. I called around and found that everyone I called was closed for the weekend. I should of planned the break for a week day. nothing should break on the week-end. When I came across Precision's phone #, I called,Surprise,Surprise a person answered, took my info gave me window when the service tech would arrive. the tech called asked if he could come earlier,since he had just finished the call he was at sooner than expected. He came, explained the problem, gave us options, we knew the cost before he started. We approved the repair. EVERYTHING from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, was very professional. The Tech was very clean and neat.I took everyone else's phone #'s of the garage door. Precision is the only sticker on our door.It's always a pleasure dealing with PROS. Thanks, Vito
