Ricky was very professional and did a great job. I don't know if the price was the best because I did not get other estimates. I needed my door repaired on short notice and Precision was available to do it. I was attracted to your yellow pages add because it stated that garage doors was your only business. I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision. The technician (Cory) was very informative and explained the problem and corrected it by replacing the garage door opener as mine was almost 12 years old. I did have to call back about 3 weeks later as an adjustment was required due to a popping sound when door raised. I heard about Precision Garage Doors through my sister which had work done by your company a year ago and was also very pleased with the wok done.

Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new. Based on my experience with this company, I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately do not remember the name of the guy who fixed our garage door, but he did a great job. He was very nice and helpful and fixed our door perfectly. He even went out of his way to fix a problem that the builder messed up originally. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs a garage door fixed.

He even took time to teach me how to manually operate the door. I'm pleased with the service and product. I rated the experience 4 stars, instead of 5, only because you don't have a payment plan option. The unexpected $700 bill was a shock to my budget.... then i remembered God will provide!

I highly recommend this company. After dealing with a couple of lackluster attempts on CraigsList, I turned to the Yellow Pages and found a professional looking add that was endorsed by the BBB. I called, got a same day appointment scheduled. The technician Jared called and kept me informed about his progress to give me a better idea of his schedule. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my problem seconds into the visit. He informed me about another impending problem to expect in the near future, but never pushed me to have it repaired. I accepted his recommendation and had the whole thing done in less than 1 hour. I told him that if anything ever needs to be done again, that Precision will be my choice, and that Jared will be the tech I request. Thank you for your excellent service.

The technician was quite nice and knowledgeable and took care of the problem with my door. The only thing left unresolved was my request about how to program our garage door remotes into our cars. The technician made a call and was waiting for response, but I've heard nothing since, and still need to get this taken care of if someone could please follow up with me concerning the matter.
