Considering this appointment was booked as a door repair - not a door estimate, the lead times were not discussed. Due to the global pandemic and major issues with supply chains, the extended lead times for new doors have certainty been a struggle...not only for the garage door industry, but most all industries. Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window. He was polite and gained my trust right away. I called on a holiday and had my appointment within 15 or so hours. Much appreciated - I will call again and recommend my friends and neighbors do the same.

Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. May The Force be with us!

Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.

Precision Door repaired my garage door years ago, but I wanted them to service it so it would keep on working in the future as in its past excellent fashion, since I must admit I have done nothing to the garage door since the repair some four or five years ago. The serviceman Brandon was polite, on time, and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate his fine service today, 08-26-2021. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone in our community who needs your services. Thank you again. The service performed was to oil/grease whatever was needed per Brandon, so your selection of services doesn't really fit my situation, but I will choose one to satisfy your programming rules.

I called Precision this morning because I bumped my garage door with the car yesterday and it would not close. I was told a service tech would be at my home between 10 - 12. Robert Barnett arrived at my home before 11:00 AM and he was fantastic!. He was very courteous and hard working. He soon had our door working properly and for a very reasonable price. Definitely 5 star service!

Brandon Cummings was excellent. He quickly diagnosed several problems that other repair companies had missed and fixed 2 of the 3 issues within an hour. He's coming back on Monday to fix the 3rd issue and I'm grateful I finally found a garage repair company that I can trust. I highly recommend Precision and Brandon. I had used Precision once before.Had gotten the info from the Home Mag ad I needed garage repair a fairly old door. Will came out and did the repairs needed. All well for two days and then a slight problem of staying closed.Will returned today ad made some adjustments. Allseems good now. I give Will a 5 star-very nice young man and a good rep for your company

I called Precision this morning with a concern regarding a noise that the garage door was making. Within two hours I had a service representative at the door. The young man was courteous, personable and extremely forthcoming with information. The specific problem was identified and a video sent to my phone. I was most impressed with the manner in which my particular issue was rectified. I would highly recommend this company.

So far my experience with precision regarding my garage door has been fine. I was disappointed by the fact that the website allows you to select a font door as well however the rep I spoke with over the phone says they don't do front doors. One of the things I'm looking for is a front door that matches a garage door so it's about anoying to see that in the website but it not actually be an option

Jay did an amazing job of explaining the pros and cons of all the recommendations. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. My wife felt very comfortable around him. We called to have the motor repaired but it made more sense with its age to just replace it. We have only called Precision for our garage door needs since we bought this house in 2007.

After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.
