Quick response to my call; installed new code for outside box of garage door and replaced batteries; technician patiently explained how to unscrew box, replace batteries, and reinstall; technician also thoroughly checked the entire garage door mechanism for any other problems and found none. Very pleased and thankful that I can now open the door with the code for myself and my trusted friends and neighbors.

I had damage to my door that I needed repair/replacement. Their representative Dillon arrived on time, was very professional and is pleasant to talk to. Dillon described all my options. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything more than I needed. I would recommend Precision door in the future.

Precusion was chosen base on a grest experience with the same technician, Jason a couple of weeks prior. Tim recommended him highly and WOW i wasn’t disappointed. I had worked tirelessly with hours of research with even more hours of sweaty frustration! Jason made it easy calling me on the way to saying no rescheduling i can take care of it now!!! Who does that? Jason and Precision exceeded my expectations! Dan my only recommendation -do what it takes to retain a great tech and ambassador of your company, Jason Steele.
