Precision Garage Doors has, by far, been the best company I have ever worked with regarding any sort of repairs that I have had done in my home. They have been super responsive each time, showing up sooner and quicker than I ever expected. The technicians each time we've put in a service call have been very knowledgeable and very friendly, and they have resolved the issue each time and I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of as far as the price or the work being done. I just wish I felt this way about the other companies I have worked with when I've had other repairs on my home. Precision has been amazing and I will continue to do business with them and pass the word along to anyone I know. Thank you for being great! It is truly appreciated.

We have used Precision for the last four years. They have replaced a broken spring and repaired a motor. Excellent experience with technicians. They have shown us how to lubricate the door ourselves. Highly pleased.

The scheduling and service were prompt and efficient (same day as we called). The communication from the company and the technician, Jack, regarding Jack's estimated time of arrival was accurate. Jack was thorough in his inspection of the garage door and his recommended service. Although he recommended certain repairs over and above the replacement of the garage door springs (which was the specific issue we called about), he did not push or sell unnecessary service. He completed the repairs promptly and within his service time estimate.

The technician discovered the problem with the garage door opener quickly after arriving. He explained the problem to me and told me how it could be fixed. Then his trainee-assistant did the repair work, which took only a few minutes. Both men were very courteous and professional.

Needed battery back up replaced in garage door. Jack Hodges called and texted me when he was arriving. I appreciate the text with his picture. You can never be too safe. The ability to call the day before, have a technician come and complete the repair is Awesome. Jack was friendly and very efficient. He explained what the problem was and the fix. I highly recommend Precision Door. Thanks Jack!

Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.

I have used Precision Garage over the years and my experience yesterday was just as excellent as it has been in the past. Jay was our technician and he was honest, professional, and caring. He shared a little about his family and it made me think what a good father he must be to his four children. Can’t say enough good things about Precision Garage!
