The technician discovered the problem with the garage door opener quickly after arriving. He explained the problem to me and told me how it could be fixed. Then his trainee-assistant did the repair work, which took only a few minutes. Both men were very courteous and professional.

Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.
