He was unable to LINK the new garage with my car and said he will explore WHY with his people. I'd like to be able to open the garage with the button on my car. I was SO happy that Precision Door was able to get a technician out on the same day that I called to work on my garage door opener. Jason Steele was friendly, efficient, and did a great job on replacing the head unit, which was not working. It was under warranty, so I'm happy that I didn't have to pay to replace the unit. Jason was amazing. Thank you!

Our technician, Jonathan Lane, was great. I was crunched for time, but no bother, he was in and out in no time and I had time to spare. He immediately replaced it and also discovered mechanical issues with the door, which we were unaware of. He swiftly took care of the additional problem. I appreciate the quick response and the politeness of the operator when I called. The technician who was sent Robert Barnett was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my problem and explained thoroughly what had happened. He told me of the different options I have now and in the future to remedy this problem from happening again. He was thorough at explaining the costs involved then allowed me the time to decide.. I am thankful that I have a overhead garage door by precision.. Their service is the best

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.
