I really appreciate the conscientiousness of your technician Jonathan Lane. He resolved the problem I had called about and then ensured the door was all fully functional and working properly. He was very thorough in his work ensuring all areas were greased and also very professional in communications and in the work he did. He took the time to answer my questions about the garage door and showed me more about how it worked. I will be happy if Jonathan can always be assigned to take care of my garage door needs. Thanks!

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.

I was SO happy that Precision Door was able to get a technician out on the same day that I called to work on my garage door opener. Jason Steele was friendly, efficient, and did a great job on replacing the head unit, which was not working. It was under warranty, so I'm happy that I didn't have to pay to replace the unit. Jason was amazing. Thank you!
