We have a new build in West Nashville. Our motherboard from our previous builder (Horrman) completely went out. Precision was able to get a person out to assess it within 24hrs of calling and although they could not fix the problem, replaced my motherboard with a new system within 2 hours. Would recommend. 10/10 service and professionalism.

Prompt excellent service. Turns out there was no antenna wire, but that is odd since the unit holding the wire was installed as new on the previous visit. Admittedly we have had this problem since that unit was installed, but why was it installed without the wire? Also the report I just received said that the door was off the track, and it was not. Finally, I think there should be an easy way to release the door when the power to the house goes out and you need to get out of the garage; that was the reason for the call in the first place. If the power goes out again, and the car is in the garage at that time, we will be in the same boat.

Jonathan Lane was the tech. Very professional, courteous, friendly and on time. Explained what needed to be done and gave me two options for repair with no pressure. I thought the price was reasonable for the work to be done and the parts needed. Door looks brand new like it did 15+ years ago and works like a new garage door. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or replacement. They are A+ in my book.

After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.

Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. May The Force be with us!

Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.

Precision Door repaired my garage door years ago, but I wanted them to service it so it would keep on working in the future as in its past excellent fashion, since I must admit I have done nothing to the garage door since the repair some four or five years ago. The serviceman Brandon was polite, on time, and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate his fine service today, 08-26-2021. The service performed was to oil/grease whatever was needed per Brandon, so your selection of services doesn't really fit my situation, but I will choose one to satisfy your programming rules.

I called Precision this morning because I bumped my garage door with the car yesterday and it would not close. I was told a service tech would be at my home between 10 - 12. Robert Barnett arrived at my home before 11:00 AM and he was fantastic!. He was very courteous and hard working. He soon had our door working properly and for a very reasonable price. Definitely 5 star service!

Brandon Cummings was excellent. He quickly diagnosed several problems that other repair companies had missed and fixed 2 of the 3 issues within an hour.
