I was SO happy that Precision Door was able to get a technician out on the same day that I called to work on my garage door opener. Jason Steele was friendly, efficient, and did a great job on replacing the head unit, which was not working. It was under warranty, so I'm happy that I didn't have to pay to replace the unit. Jason was amazing. Thank you!

I appreciate the quick response and the politeness of the operator when I called. The technician who was sent Robert Barnett was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my problem and explained thoroughly what had happened. He told me of the different options I have now and in the future to remedy this problem from happening again. He was thorough at explaining the costs involved then allowed me the time to decide.. I am thankful that I have a overhead garage door by precision.. Their service is the best

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.
