The Precision main office answered a call on a Saturday afternoon when our garage door spring broke suddenly. Got an appointment for Monday. Our technician, Jonathan Lane, was great. I was crunched for time, but no bother, he was in and out in no time and I had time to spare. Jason arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We asked him to come because of a faulty keypad. He immediately replaced it and also discovered mechanical issues with the door, which we were unaware of. He swiftly took care of the additional problem. I appreciate the quick response and the politeness of the operator when I called. The technician who was sent Robert Barnett was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my problem and explained thoroughly what had happened. He told me of the different options I have now and in the future to remedy this problem from happening again. He was thorough at explaining the costs involved then allowed me the time to decide.. I am thankful that I have a overhead garage door by precision.. Their service is the best

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.
