Researching online I found reviews to be helpful. The ability to be at the house quickly, and the actual repair only took about 30 minutes (new torsion springs). Service was quick, professional, door works better now, and Jared was friendly, answered questions, quick, and professional. I also go to use their on-line coupon!

As a single woman who does not want to be taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs, I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Doors!!! They have been so helpful and honest with me - it is just incredible. I've had them out twice, once because I backed into the door as I was backing out of the garage (ok, woman driver here!) and again because the spring snapped. We had a problem with our door on a Sat.morning. I called around and found that everyone I called was closed for the weekend. I should of planned the break for a week day. nothing should break on the week-end. When I came across Precision's phone #, I called,Surprise,Surprise a person answered, took my info gave me window when the service tech would arrive. the tech called asked if he could come earlier,since he had just finished the call he was at sooner than expected. He came, explained the problem, gave us options, we knew the cost before he started. We approved the repair. EVERYTHING from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, was very professional. The Tech was very clean and neat.I took everyone else's phone #'s of the garage door. I highly recommend this company. After dealing with a couple of lackluster attempts on CraigsList, I turned to the Yellow Pages and found a professional looking add that was endorsed by the BBB. I called, got a same day appointment scheduled. The technician Jared called and kept me informed about his progress to give me a better idea of his schedule. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my problem seconds into the visit. He informed me about another impending problem to expect in the near future, but never pushed me to have it repaired. I accepted his recommendation and had the whole thing done in less than 1 hour. I told him that if anything ever needs to be done again, that Precision will be my choice, and that Jared will be the tech I request. Thank you for your excellent service.

We found your company based on an add in the Yellow Pages. The technician, Jared Ange, came to our house late on Sunday afternoon and got to work. He completed an overhaul of our garage door and added a second spring to it. Our garage door works better than it ever has and we received a lifetime warranty on the repair.
