JAMES GREAT JOB. MY DOOR AND OPENER. I PULLED CAR IN, DOOR WOULD NOT COME DOWN, IT WAS AFTER 12 PM, I CALLED FOR SERVICE, SOMEONE WAS AVAILABLE BETWEEN 3-6 PM, I WAS THRILLED WHEN HE CALLED WITH IN THE HOUR-DOOR FIXED.

Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was finished in about three hours and had to replace several different parts including rollers and a new spring. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Once the appointment was set it took less than 18 hours for them to fix our garage door.

We appreciated the quick response, and phone contact, so we knew exactly when to expect Brian, our service man. He arrived precisely on time. He fully explained what was broken, and the solution, a new spring. The work was performed in a timely manner, with no "hidden' costs. In addition, Brian inspected both doors completely, and advised us as what to expect in the next year. There was NO pressure to perform any further service. We are pleased with our experience, and would not only use Precision again, but will most heartily recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Brian was on time, dressed in a clean, identifiable uniform, in a clean and easily identifiable truck, and acted with complete professionalism in his assessment of the needs of my 17 year old garage door and opener. He provided me with repair options and was not pushy when he suggested I consider replacing my opener at the same time. He told me how long it wound likely take to perform the repairs and how much it would cost. When he finished, it was precisely the duration he estimated, and the cost was exactly what he proposed. I could not have been happier with the technician, the service and the products he installed. My door is better than new!!

I did not and would not purchase a door from your company. I specifically wrote on your technicians work order no purchase. Your tech was not completely honest with us and when my husband called and spoke with someone in management he stated that his tech did not lie and that our door was crap. So we will not do business with a company that cannot be honest up front.

After further investigating the review received by Mrs. Woodcock, Precision Door Service was upfront & honest with the customer about the make, model & manufacturer quality of the door & spring system at hand. We simply advised to replace door rather than invest money in the existing door. No one from our company has been dishonest or downgraded the customers home or belongings.

Fast, friendly, and VERY efficient. I had them do an overhaul of my garage door a year ago which is said to be a lifetime warranty. These guys mean it when they say lifetime warranty. They fixed my problem, replaced the bad part in 15 minutes and there was no charge. You can trust this company!!

Guys were quick to respond; good availability to come late in the day or Sat. Jeff (service tech) was thorough and straight-forward going through repair options, differences in warranty, etc. Didn't get any pressure to "upgrade". Made sure it all worked, made sure we understood maintenance needs, and was done it time frame he promised. Not sure what else I could ask for or what I'd change - it was a good service call experience and they did a good job getting things working.

Having utilized Precision services before, I placed a call due to what I thought might be a problem. Received the same professional and courteous service from the beginning call to the actual service performed by James McKinney. While James was there to inspect my door he did find that I needed to have a cable replaced that was damaged, to my delight he told me that it was under warranty and replaced it a no charge. While he was there I did ask if he had the parts and could he replace the seal on the bottom of my garage door. When checking he said that he had the rubber seal but didn't have the retainer on his truck due to the previous service call he had been on, he immediately placed a call to Lawrence Palmer who had serviced my door in the past and wasn't far from him, and within 20 mins he had gotten the retainer and returned to fix my door. I can't express how grateful I am for services received and also to have such a Professional Organization, Technical and Team oriented individuals available when emergencies arise, Best of the Best !!!!!!! He was quick and professional. He recommended installing springs and other parts in both doors to make them quiet and for the doors to stay up if the string is pulled. If I can get a better deal than what he suggested on getting everything completely overhauled on both doors I would probably do it. Also one of my remotes needs a battery if you have one when he comes back. Thanks
