Late evening and couldn't get the garage door open. Made a call and Jared called back in about 30 minutes. He was very professional even after having worked a full day. He explained several options and made recommendations. The job was completed in less than an hour. Will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.

James was obvioulsy very knowlegeable of what he does repairing garage doors. He was fast and courtious. He explained everything he did and cleaned up as he progressed with repairing my Garage Door. I definitely rate James as 5 Stars. My garage door being broken was not a pleasant experience, however James went out of his way to get to my house well before the appointed time and even had to wait on me to get home to let him in. To make matters worse, he was feeling ill, but still worked fast to complete the work. Kudos for James :)

Precision Overhead Garage Door Company Dear Dan: This is in reply to your e-mail received on August 1 2012. Let’s start from the beginning and continue up to present date, of my involvement with your company that you may not be aware of. On December 20 2011 I returned home from a twenty six (26) day stay in the Hospital. When we open the garage door it would not return to lower position. My daughter using here phone went on line and found the name of Precision Door Services of Nashville. She called the phone number listed and wanted to know if they could sent someone out to check why to door would not go down. They said they could get someone out in within two to three hours and asked that they send someone out to check on what needed to be done to repair the door. The Technician that came out was Cole McCullom and he inspected the door and the lifting system. After inspecting the door lifting system he said we needed a new motor. He gave us an estimate to replace the old motor with a new belt drive motor with electronic remotes and control. Which included two remotes and one wireless key pad and one wall mounted Control Panel total price installing would be $ 619.00. I told him that I did not like the wireless key pad being mounted on the outside door frame. He made the statement that once the Control Panel Lock Button was pressed it would lock out the remotes and the key pad

Lawrence was very well trained in the art of door repair. He had no wasted motions in his work of repairing and servicing our overhead door spring and doing a replacement and tuning of the entire system. My wife was amazed by how quiet the garage door was after Lawrence completed the repair and lubrication procedure.

The email that was sent by the call center after I scheduled my call was great, gave me pictures of the tech, and a summary of the call request and ETA. Jared arrived on schedule and called to confirm the exact time.

Cole McCollum was our representative who came to our house. He was so polite and knowledgeable of the equipment. He did a garage door overhaul for us which included new spring, new pulley drums, and new rollers. The door was so quiet and smooth operating after the work was completed. A few days after the work was completed I noticed that the light on our garage door motor kept going off in the full open position. That would have made it very dangerous to walk down the stairs at night to get to our car. I called Precision Door and explained the problem. I talked with Cole about the problem. Even though he did not install the garage door opener in the overhaul he agreed to come out and look at what was causing the problem. He called the manufacturer and it was a simple fix of unplugging the opener and re plugging it to the electrical source. The amazing thing is that I was not charged a service charge. Precision Door is an excellent company that excels in customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. Thanks for being there for our family. Harry D. Jester
