We had an excellent experience with the repair. We really appreciate the photos of the technician being provided before they get to the house. In this day and age one never quite knows who to trust. To have their photo provided is a great idea. That is the first time we have ever had that feature. Our tech was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm sorry I do not recall his name. He was great

I had used you before. At that time I got your info from the yellow pages. This time the door would not stay down. James saw the problem and installed new sensors and the door now works fine. James was very good to explain what he was doing and why. I will use you again.

Jared was very professional and explained what I should be doing to maintain my door properly in order to extend it's life. The email that was sent by the call center after I scheduled my call was great, gave me pictures of the tech, and a summary of the call request and ETA. Jared arrived on schedule and called to confirm the exact time.

Jared first repaired an old door making it useful once again to last until my new door and opener arrived. The new installation was perfect, works much better than expected. James McKinney represents your company extremely well. He's "all that and a bag of chips." I pretty much knew what the double door needed from the beginning, and Mr. McKinney confirmed what I was thinking. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. This time around, I paid a bit more than before when I used another company to replace my spring. For the record, I feel that I at least got my money's worth using Precision for my most recent repair. You can thank Jim McKinney for me being in the category as a satisfied customer.

Cole McCollum was our representative who came to our house. He was so polite and knowledgeable of the equipment. He did a garage door overhaul for us which included new spring, new pulley drums, and new rollers. The door was so quiet and smooth operating after the work was completed. A few days after the work was completed I noticed that the light on our garage door motor kept going off in the full open position. That would have made it very dangerous to walk down the stairs at night to get to our car. I called Precision Door and explained the problem. I talked with Cole about the problem. Even though he did not install the garage door opener in the overhaul he agreed to come out and look at what was causing the problem. He called the manufacturer and it was a simple fix of unplugging the opener and re plugging it to the electrical source. The amazing thing is that I was not charged a service charge. Precision Door is an excellent company that excels in customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. Thanks for being there for our family. Harry D. Jester

Thank you for being available to us when our garage door failed. Our garage door spring broke in two places and we could not get it open to attend church on Sunday morning. He came to our home on Sunday night very late in the evening. I am very grateful that Precision Door Service is available 24/7 to help with emergency issues. Your representative, Cole McCollum was very professional and suggested a garage door overhaul. He replaced spring, rollers, and cable drums. The door is so quiet now and easy to open. I would have given 5 stars for the service except that Cole left greasy fingerprints on the door which he did not clean up. We had to spend time later scrubbing them off. Overall good service for our garage door. First service was a repair from a vehicle hitting the door. Second service was total replacement of the garage doors. When I called for an estimate to repair my door (on a Sunday), I had no idea that someone would be out the same day for the estimate and complete the job. The technician, Lawrence Palmer was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation and gave us our options. Was very personable and seemed very dedicated to his job and employer. The only negative was the cost. Seemed very expensive for the work that was done. All in all, highly recommend Precision Door Service.
