I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. He told me exactly what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix the issue without pressuring me to fix or replace things I didnâ??t necessarily need. I have recommended your company to others already and will continue to recommend you as the opportunity arises. Thank you for a job well done!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision. The technician (Cory) was very informative and explained the problem and corrected it by replacing the garage door opener as mine was almost 12 years old. I did have to call back about 3 weeks later as an adjustment was required due to a popping sound when door raised. I heard about Precision Garage Doors through my sister which had work done by your company a year ago and was also very pleased with the wok done.

Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the guy who fixed our garage door, but he did a great job. He was very nice and helpful and fixed our door perfectly. He even went out of his way to fix a problem that the builder messed up originally. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs a garage door fixed.

The technician arrived promptly at the time specified, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained the needed repair and cost.
