Our service call was warranty related, the sensor beam was not functioning properly. The technician was extremely courteous in calling to let us know he was running late from the job just ahead of ours. When he arrived, he apologized for being late but was again very courteous and friendly. We have had no further problems.

On a recent Sunday morning, our garage failed to open. Early Monday morning we searched the internet and found Precision's website. To our surprise, an actual person answered the phone so early in the morning at 5:30am!!! We were able to book an appt for the same day. The tech called about 40 minutes informing that he was on his way, and he even gave us his name. Service was good and courteous. No follow-up or secondary calls have been needed since initial service by Precision. Would recommend Precision.

Service was provided same day as called. Service tchnician was knowledgable and friendly and completed all repairs and installation of new springs and support bars quickly and efficiently. Any additional damage to existing door seems to have been prevented and opening / closing is considerably improved.

Precision had previously done work on my 20-year old garage door when the motor sounded but the door would not open. Adjustments were made and the door was functioning again. The problem reoccurred four months later, but this time the door became operational again when the technician arrived. We looked online for reviews and Precision had the best reviews by far. Merrick called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. He worked for about 2 hours on our door. We ended up saving about $50 because Merrick did the math and it was cheaper to replace rather than repair. We are very pleased with the work performed.

It was pouring rain the entire day he installed our garage doors, but he diligently worked to get the job done. He was soaking wet, but always kept a positive attitude. He informed my wife and I throughout the purchasing and installation process and helped us make the best choice selection for our home. A handle was missing from our install kit and Merrick quickly pointed out the issue and had another one on order that day.
