Hi: Tech was on time for preset day to repair sprung spring & evaluate condition of 14 yr. old Clopay door. Door was functional before tech arrived. After signing the required contract, he went about his business to replace springs, guide/safety wire & rollers. Door was operational & much quieter after repair. Tech also gave option of different guarantees for different prices & required payment before leaving. Total cost a little over $400.

I choose Precision garage doors for the information and professional website that I read. I was so pleased that they were able to come out the very same day and repair the garage door. I appreciated the email confirmation and notice of who would come to my home for the repair. They were very professional and used quality replacement parts. The garage door works better now than it did when it was new. It now has the proper size springs and equipment necessary for it to work properly. Very happy with the work and professionalism they showed.

Incurred a broken spring one night, called Precision the next morning, and had new springs in place by 4pm that day. Very professional, explained my options and allowed me to choose the level of service I needed. It was my 2nd spring in 3 years (from someone else) so the lifetime warranty on all parts is nice. I would recommend Precision and will keep them on file.

Precision responded very quickly when our son mangled the garage door last summer. The technician was awesome, and was able to get us working even though the door was toast. We bought a new door and opener - I thought the price was in line with what I would have paid elsewhere. The new setup is AMAZINGLY QUIET! Our old door woke the dead. We are very pleased with both the door and opener and with Rick, our installer. This winter, we developed a gap along the top of the door - probably due to the wood in our header shrinking. Rick back came out and adjusted the opener - in and out in 5 minutes, no charge.

I called Precision after I called two other companies that were recommended to me by friends and neither of the two returned my call. I saw a coupon for precision so I thought I would call them. I talked to real live person who made by appointment for the next day. Cole was the technician and he was very well informed on garage doors and was a very pleasant rep. of the company. He recommended some things that would be needed in the future and I went ahead and had Cole replace one spring with two and replace the rollers because it just made sense to do it now. Would definitely recommend precision to anyone. Extremely professional from the get go.

Outstanding service and pricing! I let my "fingers do the walking" and also Googled and came across Precision's ad. After reading information and reviews on website I decided to give them a try for a broken garage door spring for my 2-car garage. Precision was able to get a technician (Rick) out the same day (at no additional charge) just before the holidays. Rick was able to assess the repairs, give repair options and provided accurate pricing estimates. Rick completed the repairs within an hour and left no evidence that he had ever been there. My wife was impressed with Rick's friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any future repair work. Stop looking around and call Precision.

Dear Precision, I am happy to write a review for your company! I contacted several different companies in the YELLOW Pages and found that your pricing was half that of your competitors. You gave me a quote over the phone with no gimmicks or caveats and arranged a time frame for your employee to come out that fit my time schedule. Your man showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and even adjusted and lubricated my whole system. Your price was what you quoted, and the work was done right. I would recommend and use your company again without a second thought. WELL DONE!!!!

great service and professional job we had a power failure during the install but your tech finished the job by flashlight. he couldn't test the door with the opener due to lack of power,but said when it was restored if there was any problems to call and he would come back. the door works fine and I am satisfied thanks

Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I had to have a new opener (more of an expense than I was expecting), but I'm very pleased w/ the work & the system! Thanks Precision.
