I received a coupon in the mail and called Precision to come in and repair my garage door openers. They are approximately 30 years old and I really thought would have to be replaced. Cole was my technician and really went the extra mile to make the repairs without having to replace. I highly recommend Precision.

Existing garage door broke and Precision was called and responded next day to fix broken door until a new garage door and opener could be installed. Technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and performed excellent work. The price was higher than expected, but with a lifetime warranty, I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I'm pleased with service, product quality, and performance.

Cole diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair finished within an 1.5 hours. If I was just rating the tech and the quality of work, I would rate it at 5 or better. James is fast, knowledgeable and is a very professional young man. He showed up on time (actually he called and asked if he could come early, which worked out great for me, as I had to return to work). He identified my problem immediately, laid out my options, with no high pressure or scare sales tactics, and took care of it. Now our garage door works great and is about a hundred times quieter. My only minor complaint is that $700 for the 'overhaul' package seems a little high for an hour of work and probably less than $50 worth of hardware. It may pay off in the long run though because of the lifetime transferable warranty.
