I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. Very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! Before leaving he provided me with a reminder of the warranty and emailed a detailed receipt. Would 100% recommend Precison again

On my way to work I backed into my garage door when it didn’t open all the way. I was so frustrated and worried about how much it would cost to repair, not to mention my car being trapped in the garage. We got a flag hung in the garage door which knocked it off track & was hanging dangerously. I called another company & it was going to be a week before they could come. My aunt suggested Precision as she had used them before & was very pleased. I called & they sent someone the next day. Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.
