Quick and reliable service that I trusted a few years ago to install a new garage door for me. I did not hesitate to call them back up today to return for a follow up service call. The technician was very helpful and professional while reviewing the garage door. He when over all the recommended options with me for the future if I have any issues. Today the overall system of the door checked out okay. Thank you for the reliable service of your great staff.

I have to say what an amazing company Precision doors is. They respond to questions immediately, offer trusted recommendations, along with solid service every time. Service is what builds strength with a company and how a business succeeds. They alone of a kind, I would not use another vendor.

Another very positive experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The tech, Preston Waddell, arrived as scheduled. Precision Garage Door will be added to my contacts. I am very hesitant when companies come to do any kind of service at our house. Our garage door broke on a storm night. We were able to get it closed, but we needed it fixed. I called Precision Garage Door at 9:45p.m. and was able to get a next day appointment. From the first call, to the Technician, Tony, to the payment I didn't feel pressured. Tony was very professional and honest about the repairs needed. I appreciate a company that is not out to take homeowners money, specifically for repairs that are not covered by warranties or insurance. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for your service.

Words cannot express the superior professionalism you guys provided to us. From the initial phone call, to the instant quote, to the email confirmations, to the phone call from Lyle Rowen, to the expert service and repair, and to know who was coming to do the repair from his sending us his bio, to the great final price, Precision Garage Door Service is by far the best company, vendor i have ever delt with. Our expectations were high and Lyle met those expectations. I would recommend Precision to anyone that has a garage door repair. If there was a (10) star rating, that's what i would give you all. Thanks again.

Because Precision came to the rescue after unsatisfactory customer service treatment I received from Overhead Garage Door Company. Precision had compassion for my dilemma after dealing with their competitor, came out on a Saturday call (NOT demanding $400 to come out), and solved the issue which arose after I used their competitor. Thank you Precision!

My garage door opener suddenly 'deprogrammed" itself over the weekend, so I called Precision first thing Monday am. Jonathan Lane was at my house before noon and took care of the quickly and efficiently. He made sure the remotes were working, and also reprogrammed the vehicle. Very attentive service. Jonathan was a pleasure to speak with, and he also did a safety check and cleaned up a few things. All done professionally. Highly recommended.

From the scheduling to the completed job, everyone was very profressional and helpful. The job was completed in a timely manner and it was affordable. I really appreciated the work being done on a Sunday afternoon, too. Because our garage door was completely inoperable. I will definitely use this company in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service for different issues. However, the last one involved the track not being aligned properly. Each service call has always been handled professionally and on time. Jay has been our technician, and has always been very knowledgeable about the problem. He has always explained what needed to be done. We could not ask for any better service.
