Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.

Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!

I have been using Precision for about 15 years. The installed a new door, opener and track system and have maintained the system since it was installed. I sent an email to Precision late Friday afternoon. I did not to expect them to get back in touch with me until later next week. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch. From the first phone call to set up my appointment to a “thank you” email from the company, I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Precision.

Broken spring turned into a garage door parts upgrade for everything. The 10 year old parts I had were badly worn out and sounded like a roller coaster. We filled in an on-line service request, and we were contacted by phone within 10 minutes of that submittal. They arranged for a service tech to come to the house the next day.
