Will came to take a look at our garage door (previous inspector insisted a new door was needed) and offered 3 different options for repair. He assured us that a replacement was not necessary as well. Jason Steele was the tech that came out. Came on time, professional appearance, easy to talk with, explained as he went along. Found the reason for our issue (loose antenna plug) did an inspection of our door, hinges, travel bar etc. full service. Even gave a Senior discount. I would highly recommend Precision and Jason to do your work!!

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! Jon Lane was awesome to work with. We had a nearly 20-yr old chain driven opener on its last leg with an awfully squeaky door and parts that were just about worn out. Jon quickly saw everything we needed and offered 3 different packages in a "good-better-best" type scenario. He estimated 3 hours to completely overhaul our existing door mechanics & install the new belt-driven opener (that is also wifi-capable, which has been awesome!) but worked so efficiently that he was out in just over 1.5 hours. Tons of quality work done, everything looks great, sounds MUCH better, and Jon couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jon & Precision!

I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!
