Really appreciated the thorough inspection. I received a text and a call when the technician was on his way. I also received the name, picture and information on my technician prior to his coming. Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

Every time I call for service, they always respond very quickly and Brandon that comes out for the job has always been on time and very polite. He explains to me everything he needs to do and also the amount if any that will cost me. I would not have any other company come to my home and do work are repairs on my garage doors. Last year he came out and installed 3 new door openers and was very neat and did the job in a timely mater and made sure everything was in working order. If I could give 10 Gold Stars I would for the Company and also Brandon Williams. He is a Gold Star to his Company and himseelf.

It's just a matter of time before the garage door spring breaks. So, ours did it yesterday. We called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Jack Hodges arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked it all out and gave us options from "just fix it with minimum parts" to "you may want to replace this or that to avoid issues later" and let us decide. He immediately did the requested work, very professional. Also gave us advice on doing our own regular maintenance and how to check the springs for weakness as time goes on. Very much appreciate the service Jack!

Had a great experience with Precision Door today. I called one day and they were here the next and on time. My tech was Jason and he solved the garage door problem and also took the time to discuss with me maintenance that I can do one a semi-annual basis to keep the door in good working condition.
