Excellent and timely service. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the garage door was fixed by Monday afternoon. Service technician Brandon showed up when he said he would and finished the job in less than an hour.

I sent an email to Precision late Friday afternoon. I did not to expect them to get back in touch with me until later next week. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch. From the first phone call to set up my appointment to a “thank you” email from the company, I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Precision.

Broken spring turned into a garage door parts upgrade for everything. The 10 year old parts I had were badly worn out and sounded like a roller coaster. After the install, my garage door is whisper quiet! I am glad I called Precision to fix my garage door. They showed up early and finished in no time. We filled in an on-line service request, and we were contacted by phone within 10 minutes of that submittal. They arranged for a service tech to come to the house the next day. Brandon called in advance to let us know he was on his way, and he arrived as scheduled. He conducted a safety check and made the repair to our door opener in 30 minutes. He was courteous and professional. He explained what he inspected and what he repaired. It was great service from start to finish.

In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well! He completed the work in less than an hour. He provided 5 options to correct the problem, giving us a choice. He was polite and professional inspite of arriving during a heavy storm.

Quick response to my call; installed new code for outside box of garage door and replaced batteries; technician patiently explained how to unscrew box, replace batteries, and reinstall; technician also thoroughly checked the entire garage door mechanism for any other problems and found none. We needed our garage doors serviced and inspected due to some operating problems. Made appointment online and the process started. Communication was very good. Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for. Quality of work, parts, and reputation of the company matter if you should ever need them again. Pros from start to finish.
