I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision! I made a call on Thursday morning and by 2:15 that afternoon, Jason Steele was at my home. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was also very patient in explaining to me the possible causes of my garage door opener issues. He solved the problems and checked my garage door. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future with garage door or opener issues. Thank you!

Precision door service was outstanding. My garage door broke down and I was able to make an appointment the same day. They showed up on time, gave me 3 different estimates and let me choose the option that fit best for me. They were very knowledgae, explained everything clearly, and then repaired the door in about 1 hour. I fully recommend them.

Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.

Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!
