Robert came out but found everything working fine. One day it wasn't and the next day it was fine. Robert checked everything, explained some things to me. He also discussed options for a new opener. Ours is 17 years old. No charge, but due to Roberts explanations we will probably install a new opener very soon. Great customer service. Robert represents your company well.

Wonderful service. I called on Monday 7/11 and got an appointment the next day 7/12. The service tech Will answered all my questions and performed the maintenance check in a timely manner. I've been a customer since 2015 and have had no problems products or service. Great Company!

Tech was professional and friendly, but three stars only because when I called the person who was scheduling said they checked with the Franklin office and that they definitely were able to replace siding trim on garage doors. But when the technician arrived, he said they don't do that type of work at precision just garage door work. So it sounds like the person scheduling doesn't have the knowledge of what kind of work can be done. I felt like the technician probably could have spent his time better elsewhere and he had to drive 30 minutes to come out and see me. Maybe not the best use of the technician's time. No work was done for my need.

The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

We have used Precision Door several time now and they are absolutely fantastic. We called them out this time because the door wasn't closing. Our technician, Jonathan Lane, was great. I was crunched for time, but no bother, he was in and out in no time and I had time to spare.
