Woke up this morning to go to work(430am) and find both my garage door springs were busted. Called Precision 10 min later and they were at my house before noon. The technician(Jay Skillern) was amazing, very informative and friendly. Jay knocked the job out in no time and was back on his way to the next job. 100% would recommend them to anyone.

I called, and the phone was answered quickly by a real person. Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. My repair man arrived ahead of the time window. He went right to work. Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure. I ordered a new door. I thought the price was in line. He gave me options. All,together it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family!
