This is the second time we have used Precision for an issue with our garage doors. Our problem this time was that it simply wouldn't close. Robert Barnett came out to take a look; immediately found what the problem was and offered us two solutions. Based on what we told him, he recommended the lower cost solution! He was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly. Very professional. He took care of everything. As far as I'm concerned you guys understand what quality service means!

My experience with Precision was phenomenal. I called at 9:25AM and was told my technician would contact me between 10AM and 12PM. I was contacted in 20 minutes. My technician was Robert Barnett. I called Precision this morning because I bumped my garage door with the car yesterday and it would not close. I was told a service tech would be at my home between 10 - 12. Robert Barnett arrived at my home before 11:00 AM and he was fantastic!. He was very courteous and hard working. He soon had our door working properly and for a very reasonable price. Definitely 5 star service!

Brandon fixed our garage door today. It was a train wreck! It was crooked, the cables were broken and the rollers had jumped the track. He did an overhaul on it in about an hour and a half. It works smoothly and quietly now, just like a new one! We could not be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Brandon Cummings was excellent. He quickly diagnosed several problems that other repair companies had missed and fixed 2 of the 3 issues within an hour. Precision performed a complete garage door system overhaul about 2 1/2 years ago. Today I had Technician Brandon Cummings conduct a maintenance check and adjust the operation of the door tracks in order to eliminate excess noise that had begun in the last two months. Service was excellent - quick and effective. The source of the noise was resolved, and there was no charge because the original work was covered by a lifetime warranty.

Brandon @ Precision was professional and efficient concerning explaining and pointing out the failure points and what and how he was going to do to provide a solution.
