Early one morning I was having trouble with my garage door. I could see that one of the torsion springs had broken. I called Precision Door. I was expecting to wait a few days before I could get a service call. I was surprised. Precision showed up that afternoon. Brandon Williams was my service tech. He came fully prepared and ready to solve my problem. He repaired my door in just a few hours. He had the torsion springs and all necessary tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am very happy with the service from Precision. I will definitely call them again in the future should a problem arise.

One of our "electric eyes" became disconnected from the rail and it looked like it was in bad shape. I called Precision (my go to garage guys) expecting replacement of both. To my great surprise my tech cleaned it off and recalibrated it along with a garage door inspection and fixing the emergency cord (painters put it wrong). In and out in 10 minutes with only a service call fee of $65. A real bargain. Thanks again.

I called and within 3 hours the service tech Robert arrived and fixed our issue. We had to replace 2 key pads and he took care of that and also checked the garage doors to make sure there were not any other issues. He was very professional and explained everything before he did any work. Would highly reccomend this company.

He was very thorough in his work ensuring all areas were greased and also very professional in communications and in the work he did. Great company. they came right out and their tech Jason Steele was wonderful. explained everything in detail. I would now not use any other company to fix my garage door. Got new spring, new rollers and he wired the door opener and set all of the remotes.

Brandon Williams performed an inspection of our garage door. He reviewed what defects that he found with the door, and he gave me an opinion of the current condition. He did not repair the door since it was not a repairable situation. He also reviewed both non-insulated and insulated new garage doors, their features and pricing along with availability. I was pleased with his service as well as the options that he covered.

We came home last night and could not open garage. After looking into garage saw that spring was broken. It was now 9:30pm, and I thought I would contact precision thinking I could leave a message. To my surprise a nice girl answered live, took my information as to what happened, confirmed our address and phone number, and advised of service fee. She then scheduled a service appointment for today with tech Jonathan. He called today to let us know he was on the way and approximate arrival time. On Jonathan's arrival he went into garage to check out problem, and indeed spring was broken. He checked all elements of garage door opporation and made us aware of other aged issues. We considered it was time to update all the issues and told Jonathan to go ahead. He had all materials available In van, and several hours later everything was completed and brand new before leaving, Jonathan made sure we knew how everything operated and even programmed both of our cars. To say we were very satisfied would be an understatement. Thank you to all your team at Precision.

I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! I had a problem opening and closing my garage door. I called Precision on December 23rd and they sent someone the next day, I was impressed that I could get service done that quick, mostly on Christmas eve. the problem was the steel back safety eye issue, and I asked the service tech, Tony Strickland if he could go ahead and replace them, even though he was able to have the current system to work but I wanted to make sure that I would not have any future problem with it. ITony was really super nice and cordial, he went ahead and changed to steel safety eye on both side, and conducted a complete safety checklist on the entire system to make sure everything was in proper working order. The cold weather did not prevent him to get the job done, and he kept me aware of my options to insure I get the best results, including the cost of the the various options. I was impressed and completely satisfied with his work, kind patience and professionalism..
