On my way to work I backed into my garage door when it didn’t open all the way. I was so frustrated and worried about how much it would cost to repair, not to mention my car being trapped in the garage. From the moment I called the number on the website, I felt reassured and less stressed. Brandon was able to come out the same day, I got a text before he arrived with a photo and a short bio to know what to expect. He fixed my door in no time flat and it was operational and looking as if nothing had ever happened in less than an hour. Brandon made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left. We got a flag hung in the garage door which knocked it off track & was hanging dangerously. I called another company & it was going to be a week before they could come. My aunt suggested Precision as she had used them before & was very pleased. I called & they sent someone the next day. Lyle Rowan came & gave estimates & talked to me about my options before he did anything. He did a great job repairing my door in record time & was very polite & professional. Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.

I seldom offer reviews, but regarding Precision Door of Nashville, I feel compelled to. From my initial call to the technician's visit, I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism that PGD displayed. A service technician was dispatched to my home the same day as my call, which is no small feat in this world of personnel shortages. I was texted updates on the ETA of my tech, and even received a call when he arrived. A very special "shout out" goes to technician Robert Barnett. He was personable, obviously talented, and to be honest, I tried to steal him for my own company. PGD of Nashville is the only one to call. Stop reading, and start calling!

Called for a manufacture/install defect in a garage door that was purchased and installed by Precision. Hinted that it was my fault door was broken. Company offered to replace broken panel at my expense. And charge labor to do it. Apparently their work is only good for a couple of years. Expected a phone call from management on Monday. Nothing yet.

I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.
