They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch.
