Every time I call for service, they always respond very quickly and Brandon that comes out for the job has always been on time and very polite. He explains to me everything he needs to do and also the amount if any that will cost me. I would not have any other company come to my home and do work are repairs on my garage doors. Last year he came out and installed 3 new door openers and was very neat and did the job in a timely mater and made sure everything was in working order. If I could give 10 Gold Stars I would for the Company and also Brandon Williams. He is a Gold Star to his Company and himseelf.

We need a repair on one of our garage door springs and approximately two years ago Precision repaired the other door so we knew what we were going to get. Our existing spring set up was 20+ years old and that set up is no longer the norm, so Brandon walked us through all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns and never pressured us to make a decision. He replaced our set up with a new lifetime warranty set up which we determined was the best option for us.
