I never thought of this happening, but I used my remote from inside my car to open the garage door and back out. In a hurry and seeing light of day in the rear view mirror, I backed slowly out, however I hit the last panel of the garage door. I called Precision and Brandon came to assess the situation-explaining the workings of the opening system and offering solutions. Fortunately, the door still operates and has a little, barely noticable kink that hardly affects the esthetics. I've made a decision to hold off an replacement but would not hesitate to call Precision or recommend them in the future

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday. Very quick turnaround. Brandon Williams came out to service my 3 Doors. Very nice and very up to date on how to service our doors. he installed all new rollers on my doors and did a great job. The cost to do this was very reasonable and keep keep everything picked up. This is not the first time I have used Precision. They are prompt to respond and the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Early one morning I was having trouble with my garage door. I could see that one of the torsion springs had broken. I called Precision Door. I was expecting to wait a few days before I could get a service call. I was surprised. Precision showed up that afternoon. Brandon Williams was my service tech. He came fully prepared and ready to solve my problem. He repaired my door in just a few hours. He had the torsion springs and all necessary tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. One of our "electric eyes" became disconnected from the rail and it looked like it was in bad shape. I called Precision (my go to garage guys) expecting replacement of both. To my great surprise my tech cleaned it off and recalibrated it along with a garage door inspection and fixing the emergency cord (painters put it wrong). In and out in 10 minutes with only a service call fee of $65. A real bargain. Thanks again.

Brandon Williams performed an inspection of our garage door. He reviewed what defects that he found with the door, and he gave me an opinion of the current condition. He did not repair the door since it was not a repairable situation. He also reviewed both non-insulated and insulated new garage doors, their features and pricing along with availability. I was pleased with his service as well as the options that he covered.

Called for a manufacture/install defect in a garage door that was purchased and installed by Precision. Hinted that it was my fault door was broken. Company offered to replace broken panel at my expense. And charge labor to do it. Apparently their work is only good for a couple of years. Expected a phone call from management on Monday. Nothing yet.

I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.
