Have personally utilized Precision's services for many years, Outstanding Customer Service, inclusive of quality products available and warranty offered - My intent is to finally replace (embarrassed to say, ha) my 24 year old garage door later this year or early next year with a new wood grain to match my front door, will consider no one but Precision for my purchase and installation - Thanks to all Precisions staff and Service Techs -

A neighbor said her son used Precision in the past. I checked on Nextdoor at Forest Hills but didn't see Precision. I'm so happy I went with my neighbor's recommendation. My garage door opener stopped functioning the and backup battery was beeping! My time was scheduled for 9-12 but the they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Jared and his assistant (didn't get his name) were very personable and informative. The door opener simply needed to be reset and I opted for a new backup battery. While he didn't push any service, he noted the problems with the door cable and springs, I'm considering replacing these. I asked for an estimate for hooking up a separate door opener that was in place for the second garage door but never in operation. An estimate was given and they were able to complete the operation at the same visit. I am extremely pleased with the service, the prompt timing and kindness of Jared and his partner. I definitely recommend Precision.

I have to say, after I left the bad review on Monday after I had a visit from CJ, I was pleasantly surprised on how fast Jared called me to make sure he could do everything possible to make me happy and fix my door. Jared came by the next morning and repaired my door to my satisfaction. Actually he went the extra mile. Can't say enough about this company's customer service, I'll be recommending them for sure and they will be getting my business from here on out... Jared rocks by the way

Jared Ange was a master at replacing my two openers. The newer belt drive openers are extremely quiet and very smooth.
