Very prompt service for a jammed garage door chain/trolley assembly. Wilkes was very pleasant and explained all our options for the repair. We knew our garage door was old so when the ice storm hit and we lost power and tried to open it manually. The chain came off. It was so easy to book an appointment online that fit my schedule. The very next day Wilkes, the Technician came out and performed his job like a pro. We did not think our old opener could be repaired and as it turns out, we did need a new one. Wilkes had it completed in just over an hour. I appreciated his honestly and friendliness. If we ever need anything for one of our other garage doors we will definitely be calling Precision and asking for Wilkes again.
