Because Precision came to the rescue after unsatisfactory customer service treatment I received from Overhead Garage Door Company. Precision had compassion for my dilemma after dealing with their competitor, came out on a Saturday call (NOT demanding $400 to come out), and solved the issue which arose after I used their competitor. Thank you Precision!

William inspected and serviced our Precision Garage Door opener. This was a check-up visit - I wasn't experiencing any problems with the opener. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice! I also scheduled him to service my son's Garage Door Opener later this week. When it's time to replace your garage door opener, I highly recommend installing a Precision Garage Door Opener. It runs smoothly and is EXTREMELY QUIET. I'd forgotten how quiet it was until I was at my son's new home, which has a Genie brand Garage Door Opener. It's really loud, in comparison.

Will came to take a look at our garage door (previous inspector insisted a new door was needed) and offered 3 different options for repair. He assured us that a replacement was not necessary as well. He completed the repair in less than an hour and our door is fully functioning again. If you need door garage repairs, make Precision Door your first call. You won't regret it.

Appreciated the indication you were a same day service company that did not exclude Sunday. Garage door was shot. My wife and I are not kids, so we needed assistance and your company provided it quickly. Mr Etheridge was polite, efficient and obviously knew his stuff. We very much appreciated his work and attitude.

I have been a client for years. Most impressed with quality of service technicians with whom I interact during service call. All have been competent and willing to please. I don’t have to tell you how refreshing it is, compared to, what seems like with most daily activities.
