William inspected and serviced our Precision Garage Door opener. This was a check-up visit - I wasn't experiencing any problems with the opener. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice! I also scheduled him to service my son's Garage Door Opener later this week. When it's time to replace your garage door opener, I highly recommend installing a Precision Garage Door Opener. It runs smoothly and is EXTREMELY QUIET. I'd forgotten how quiet it was until I was at my son's new home, which has a Genie brand Garage Door Opener. It's really loud, in comparison.

Will came to take a look at our garage door (previous inspector insisted a new door was needed) and offered 3 different options for repair. He assured us that a replacement was not necessary as well.
