My garage door broke around noon on Saturday. I called Precision, expecting to setup a repair sometime the following week. They offered me two appointment times the next day, Sunday. I received couple of messages informing the Tech was on his way. He tech showed up bang on time. Offered me a couple of solutions and had the fix done in just over an hour. My door has never run so quiet or smoothly. Outstanding job. Excellent service from initial phone call to job completion.

Precision was recommended to me by a co worker. I appreciated the prompt response to my initial inquiry for service, and William did an outstanding job! He arrived earlier than scheduled ( a big plus!), and quickly diagnosed the problem. Very professional demeanor as well.

Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. May The Force be with us!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was very courteous. We found a listing in the Clipper Magazine as we did not know who to call when our garage door would not open and needed repair. We received same day service and was happy to have it repaired so quickly.

Thank you so much for excellent service. Not too often these days that you find a company that has employees with a great work ethic and gives it their all. William let me know that he was on his way to my place, showed up on time, and installed my new opener after finding out the one I had was about 25 years old. No pressure at all, just gave me the options, and let me choose. Installation of the whole system took less than 30 minutes. Everything was handled in a professional manner. Thank you William Etheridge for fixing my opener. Great service, very fair prices, and reliable.
