I called on a Saturday night with a broken spring and not being able to get into my garage. Will showed up first thing the next morning, replaced the spring, replaced everything else, got it done very quickly, and had to do it in freezing temps. He was very nice, respectful, and explained everything he was doing. Wonderful experience!

Easy to schedule the appointment. They sent me an email in advance with the technicians photo and name so I was aware of whom they were sending. The technician William E. Showed up at the appointed time well prepared to answer my questions and give me an accurate quote and timeline. He was up front with costs and gave me a good better best scenario with proper explanation of each. He wore a mask and kept his distance following covid protocol. Very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I have used Precision before at another house to repair a garage door opener and that's why I came back to use them again for my new house. I will continue to use them. They are a professional company with the know-how to do it. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.

I received a call not 15 minutes after sending a request through the website and scheduled an appointment same day. William came out and fixed my door in less than 5 minutes. Two screws was all It took. He didn’t charge me a thing. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t write reviews. Total bait and switch! I spent 30 minutes talking with someone from the company who quoted me $138-179 to replace a torsion spring. The tech showed up with 15 minutes left in the 2 hour appt window, without ever calling (as was stated on the confirmation email). Then I was given a price of $700 to replace the spring!

I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered.
