Precision performed a complete garage door system overhaul about 2 1/2 years ago. Today I had Technician Brandon Cummings conduct a maintenance check and adjust the operation of the door tracks in order to eliminate excess noise that had begun in the last two months. Service was excellent - quick and effective. The source of the noise was resolved, and there was no charge because the original work was covered by a lifetime warranty.

Brandon @ Precision was professional and efficient concerning explaining and pointing out the failure points and what and how he was going to do to provide a solution. All well for two days and then a slight problem of staying closed.Will returned today ad made some adjustments. Allseems good now. I called Precision this morning with a concern regarding a noise that the garage door was making. Within two hours I had a service representative at the door. The young man was courteous, personable and extremely forthcoming with information. The specific problem was identified and a video sent to my phone. So far my experience with precision regarding my garage door has been fine. I was disappointed by the fact that the website allows you to select a font door as well however the rep I spoke with over the phone says they don't do front doors. One of the things I'm looking for is a front door that matches a garage door so it's about anoying to see that in the website but it not actually be an option
