I have used you all before and Jason Steele was the tech that was assigned to fix two of my three 20 something old doors and motors. To day Jason returned to feplace the motor on my third door. Jason S., the Garage Door Specialist arrived exactly when said he would. Immediately identified the problem I was having with our electric garage door, and within minutes had the problem fixed. Very impressive! He took multiple pictures of the door and its mechanisms, and identified potential future problems. Not only did he identify the problems, but demonstrated what they were for me. He also serviced the door while he was here. Before he left, I had a copy of the invoice and receipt, plus a copy of an estimate of what the problems he identified might cost, and all in my email inbox. Pretty cool! On time, fast, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lyle, from Precision Garage Door service did a great job for us! He explained the problem and presented options for the spring and parts replacement. He answered all my questions and also showed me how to open and close the door incase of a power outage. The process was quick but thorough. We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes. I was visiting my parents for Christmas. My mother informed me of a problem with the garage door. I noticed the spring had snapped in half. Called Precision door service because they advertised same day service and they had received good reviews from other customers. They came out promptly and within two hours of the initial call, the garage door was repaired. Very happy with service and repair technician (Robert). I will recommend!

I am a repeat customer. Called company at 10 p.m. when problem discovered and received immediate email response. They followed up with a phone call at 7:30 the next morning to set up same day appointment. The technician (Robert) arrived earlier than expected, identified problem, game the options for repair and completed repair in timely manner. Hi, Jason Steele was our service tech, and as in the past, was tremendous to work with. We called as a result of a broker garage door opener, but the website was jumped and connected me to another company. I became uncomfortable and realized it wasn't the correct company because of how they treated me. I was then able to get ahold of you guys, canceled the other person who wasn't happy, and all is well. Jason was honest and fantastic as all of the folks at Precision Door Service has been. We are business owners as well and greatly appreciate seeing other business provide the level of customer service, care and price as you guys do. We plan to replace all 3 garage doors and will not use anyone else for that except Precision Doors. Roger

I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!
