My garage door broke around noon on Saturday. I called Precision, expecting to setup a repair sometime the following week. They offered me two appointment times the next day, Sunday. I received couple of messages informing the Tech was on his way. He tech showed up bang on time. Offered me a couple of solutions and had the fix done in just over an hour. My door has never run so quiet or smoothly. Outstanding job. Excellent service from initial phone call to job completion.

I chose Precision Door Service because I had seen the vans around town. I googled to find a garage door repair place and Precision came up. The reviews were good, so I decided to call. Bella was extremely nice and had a pleasant voice on the front end. She made me want to use the company due to her professionalism. Josh, the technician, was very polite and did excellent work. Had a wonderful experience with Dillon this morning! I had a 20 year old garage door that was on its last leg! Dillon provided me with the options of fixing old door,new motor, new this, new that! We then discussed a new fresh door with outdoor keypad all new weatherproofing, 2 remotes, smoother glides all the works! He was very honest and have a new door ordered!

We have a new build in West Nashville. Our motherboard from our previous builder (Horrman) completely went out. Precision was able to get a person out to assess it within 24hrs of calling and although they could not fix the problem, replaced my motherboard with a new system within 2 hours. Would recommend. 10/10 service and professionalism.

Allow me to start by saying Josh Myatt is an excellent service technician. He started by showing me the different products the company offered and explained the difference each one had to offer. I decided and it was installed the same day along with a complete overhaul of my door. Excellent service, on time and willing to answer all my questions.

Prompt excellent service. Turns out there was no antenna wire, but that is odd since the unit holding the wire was installed as new on the previous visit. Admittedly we have had this problem since that unit was installed, but why was it installed without the wire? Also the report I just received said that the door was off the track, and it was not. Finally, I think there should be an easy way to release the door when the power to the house goes out and you need to get out of the garage; that was the reason for the call in the first place. If the power goes out again, and the car is in the garage at that time, we will be in the same boat.

I was very impressed with the quickness of setting up an appointment, next day service. Josh Myatt was very professional and resolved the issue of my garage door opener (an opener we installed and was embarrassed not to know to set the limitation codes, which Josh did not make me feel dumb!!)
