The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

Jason arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We asked him to come because of a faulty keypad. He immediately replaced it and also discovered mechanical issues with the door, which we were unaware of. He swiftly took care of the additional problem.
