Precision was extremely prompt in scheduling the repair needed for the next day (Sunday). The service technician arrived at the beginning time of the two hour window and completed the work within one hour. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. All aspects of the experience were impressive and I would highly recommend Precision.

The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

I called in the morning to see about getting a service man to fix my garage door opener. Amazingly I was given an appointment of noon to 2:00 on the same day that I called. Josh arrived about 12:15 and quickly fixed my problem and lubricated both of garage door systems. Most Impressive service.

Jonathan Lane was the tech. Very professional, courteous, friendly and on time. Explained what needed to be done and gave me two options for repair with no pressure. I thought the price was reasonable for the work to be done and the parts needed. Door looks brand new like it did 15+ years ago and works like a new garage door. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or replacement. They are A+ in my book.

After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.

Due to the global pandemic and major issues with supply chains, the extended lead times for new doors have certainty been a struggle...not only for the garage door industry, but most all industries. Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window. He was polite and gained my trust right away. I called on a holiday and had my appointment within 15 or so hours. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Garage problems started Saturday and by Monday we had Jonathan out here to help. He was so knowledgeable and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his abilities. He was so professional and kind. We ran into an unexpected issue, but he was quick to problem solve and finish the job. He went above and beyond to ensure our door was in good, safe working order.
