I called and Precision came out within 2 hours as there advertisements stated. They performed a tune up on 3 doors right away. Some additional pieces were needed and they were back the following day and installed the special ordered pieces. The technicians were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They deserve a10 stars however the most I can give them is 5. Thank you so much for the great service

If there was a zero star I would give it right now to this company. My husband and myself spent $10,200 on doors and the only reason we bought the doors from this company is because of a guy named Sean Broom who has stood behind this company for years. Sean is the one who did the work and sold these doors to us. As it stands now, I have paid my deposit with the understanding that Sean would be getting the commission from the sale and my doors are on order. I have since learned that Sean has lost his job there. Not only lost his job but now this company is trying to keep his commission from the sale of my doors which makes me very angry especially with it being Christmas time. I own a business myself and I would never treat one of my employees this away. Sounds like a very greedy owner to me and I expect the commission to be paid to Sean per the agreement or I will assume the agreement is no good and will expect a full refund on my recent order. I will update this review as I find out more about this situation.

I was in a very bad situation because one of my 47 year old 1- piece garage doors had broken a weld and collapsed on that side and had jerked the track roller off on the other side leaving my truck trapped inside the garage . I called your company to ask for help . A very nice lady listened to my story and stated that she could send Jeremy Wessels to my home look at my broken door. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me raise the collapsed long enough for me to back my truck out of the garage. He did a very good good inspection and a great job helping me to pick out two new insulated garage doors. He also did a great job measuring and explaining every detail about the doors that I picked out he also gave me an estimate that explained every cost that was involved for two new doors and the total cost of those doors plus installation. I decided to go with your company mainly because Jeremy was so meticulous about doing a good job. He was even able to take my downpayment using a credit card. My original installation date was set for 11/08/2018. I was very exited that morning when I got a phone call from the person that had scheduled my installation stating that the door manufacturer had only shipped one of my doors and that he would have postpone my install. I accepted the explanation that I was given about this at first but the more I thought abut it the less sense it made to me . I wondered about why your company would schedule my install with out having my two doors in house. That worried me all of that day and I decided that I would call your customer service and ask to speak with Dan, the owner of the company and I was told that I could not speak with him or have his personal phone number. They finally agreed to have Dan give me a callback at my home number. I waited for about forty five minutes but Dan never called me. Instead I got a call from the person that had explained to me that morning that the door company had shipped only one of my doors. I asked this person why would schedule my install without having my two doors in house. He finally confessed that he had only ordered one of my doors to begin with and that he was too embarrassed to tell me that he had screwed up my door order by only ordering one door to begin with. I tried to explain to him that if he had told me the TRUTH about this in his first call to me that I would have accepted the fact that he had made an error. I do not abide people that lie to me and it made me wonder what else would he lie about to me or other customers of your company. Due to this persons lies I FINALLY had my two doors installed on 11/28/2018!! I would like to comment on my very great Lead Installer Brandon Christensen. He did an excellent job of installing my two new garage doors. Jeremy and Brandon are two of your most valuable employees and Dan should be very proud of the work that these two young men every day. I love my new garage doors, but I wish that I had not had to wait so long to get my installation done due to a dishonest employee of yours. I have always strived to honest in all of my business and personal dealings with all people. I guess that you will not post my review on your website but I had to be honest and explain my opinion. I hope that the person that lied to me has seen the error of not being honest to customers and that he will never be untruthful to anyone in the future.
