I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. I called about mid-day on Friday to ask for help with my broken garage door mechanism. The young lady who took my call was extremely courteous and set up an appointment for a service person to be at my home later in the day. I received a call from Justin Sanders at about 5pm. He informed me he would arrive around 6 pm. He did get here at the time he indicated. He explained what was wrong, what he could do to repair it, and gave me the costs of each of three possible repair options. I made a decision, and Justin proceeded to do the job. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. I will certainly call Precision if I have any more problems.

Technician Thomas was professional and knowledge about his job. Got my garage door up and running in about 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the fees was somewhat pricey.
