This is the second time we have used this company. A year ad a half ago our spring broke on our single garage door and this week the spring broke on the double door. Each time a very neat young man came with excellent communication skiills and knowledge of the repair required. They arrive right on time and fixed it on the spot in a very timely manner at a fairly reasonable price. I have always been a person that never wanted to have a repairman come without my husband home. Based on the quality of the two employees I have had the pleaser of dealing with, that fear is unwarranted for this company.

The tech, Thomas Hoffman, arrived early (after calling to confirm that was okay) and was very professional. He was able to quickly assess the problems, walked me through a detailed review of the problems and provided options to correct them. Ended up ordering a new door for later installation but Thomas was able to get the old door operational until the new one can be installed. He did an outstanding job & provided a great first impression of your company!

My garage door would not go up. I called Precision and Jenna was very courteous and quickly made an appt for the same day. Thomas shows up and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and explained the best method for repair. Thomas converted my builder grade cheap Wayne Dalton system to Precision. I also decided to go with the Precision door opener as well! Boy am I glad i did! What a superior system than what I had. Thomas was done in less than 2 hours! He then explained the operation procedure and programmed both my vehicles. I am so impressed! Thank you to Thomas and Jenna for making my day!

Due to the frigid weather and years of use, the spring on our garage door broke. We contacted Precision Garage Door for their service. Their technician arrived on time, diagnosed that needed to be repaired. Made sure everything was functioning properly, even programmed my car to open the garage door! The new opener is so quiet! I contacted Precision because of the other great reviews after searching. Lyle was prompt in getting here to do assessment & provide various quotes I requested. We ended up getting a whole new garage door, frames, springs, opener, etc. -- the whole system! Shane came as scheduled, even on a very cold day (didn't bother him in the least!) He was great -- good communication, prompt service, explained everything, done!

I had a coupon for Percision but that’s not why I chose this company. They were friendly, gave me quick service, technician was on time and very knowledgeable. After Thomas Hoffman explained to me the problems of my garage door, I was given three choices for repair. I always like options! There was no pressure. The service was quick, fair and thorough.
