Mr Thomas came before my appointment time and got the job done in a timely fashion. He is awesome and gave some helpful advice on preventative maintenance that I never even thought about doing. I will definitely be adding Mr Hoffman to my yearly maintenance to do list! Garage door is back up and working fine! I love Precision doors! I have had to have them come out several times because we have messed the garage doors up. U not pulling up enough in the garage. We were very pleased with the work done by Precision door. The door spring broke late Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been fixed and works now better than ever. The new springs and pulley make the door go up and down more easily than ever. The repair man was really good and let me know what my options were. The price seemed kind of high, but after calling 2 other places, Precision had the best price also. 5 stars overall.

Technician was professional and did good job. I feel the price was a little excessive based on work performed on my garage door in another state recently. $645 for replacing springs , rollers and hub seems high.

The Precision representative was very professional and knowledgeable. He was more thorough in his explanation of exactly what he quoted than any of the competition. I feel comfortable that his quote meets our needs and is offered with a life time warranty (optional). It won't be the lowest quote, but I have a feeling it may be the best long term solution for our needs. Although today was just an estimate, I would recommend you include Precision in your selection process. 5 Stars

Cables jumped the drum. Had them replace the rollers, spring and drums. (10 yrs old) Tom showed up same day and had all the work complete in one hour. He also fixed my tracks as they were out of alignment. Very Satisfied - the door is super quiet compared to the original.
