5-Stars I bought a New a Garage Door and Opener and had it installed in year 2013. Spring broke on 6-22-2016 and Precision Personnel was on site to repair and had repaired by 12:00 pm 6-23-2016. Thank you so very much for the phone number. All I had to do was to call the number that was on the door and I talked to a Lady on the phone that was so nice. The Tech that perforformed the task was very knowledgeable and very nice. Thank you. 5- Stars.

We were trapped!! Both cars were in the garage and we couldn't get it open. Called around 4:00pm and Shane Follis showed up around 6:30pm. He was AWESOME!! I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.
