The Service technician was very prompt. He came 10 or so minutes before the scheduled time.........This is very rare! He was able to fix the major issue in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend your company to neighbors, etc.

The technician, Jared, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained all the items in great detail so that I understood what was wrong and how it should be repaired. He did the work promptly and Precision to others and will use them to have an annual checkup on the garage doors and openers.

We were very impressed with Shane Follis. He called to give us the time of his arrival and was there when e said he would be. He was very friendly and personable. He gave us our price and three options and was not pushy or insistent when we chose the option that we felt that we could afford. He got to work and really knew what he was doing. No muss, no fuss, and very efficient. We were very happy with the work and happy that we found the coupon/flyer in the Valpak that we received. If we have a need again for work on our garage door, we will definitely call Precision and will definitely ask for Shane again.

Great customer service. My appointment was between 12 & 2, there was a problem at the job prior to mine, and they called to let me know he was running late. I received another call to let me know if he could't make it they would send some one else. Then another call to let me know some one in my area had finished their job & was on the way to my house. I understand that unexpected problems arise, but by keeping me advised of the situation and not let me just sit and wonder where they are is outstanding customer service. The technician, Shane was great. He gave me three options, and explained all 3 in detail, and fixed the problem in a timely matter.

This morning after hearing a loud noise we discovered the spring on our garage door had broken in half. Of course, the car was in the garage and we were unable to lift the door manually. After checking online, I called Precision and our experience with this company could not have been more positive. By noon, technician, Brandon Christensen was repairing the door. His level of expertise, professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. He is a definite asset to Precision Door Service. We would not hesitate to use this company again. Definitely 5 star!

We chose Precision because they serviced several homes in our neighborhood (DWLP) and were highly recommended. Precision's tech, Sammy, was thoroughly knowledgeable on our door and its problem (broken spring). He provided 3 service options, without pressuring to choose any of them. Sammy worked quickly, replacing the springs, all rollers, and spindles in less than an hour. While we now have a lifetime warranty on these new parts and don't anticipate needing them repaired/replaced, we'll definitely use Precision again should other problems arise with our garage door or opener motor. We also liked Precision sending us an email with their service tech's name/bio and photos of all their techs as a means to identify their employees.

The technician Lawrence Palmer was waiting for me upon my arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Went over all my options, explained each one, answered all questions and didn't try and pressure me into buying of the options. It was a nice experience. I am very happy with Precision's services. I just purchased a new home, and one of the garage doors was not closing because the wire to the sensor had been cut. I asked CJ to assess the doors overall and let me know what kind of shape there are in. I really liked the recommendation of various levels of repairs (i.e. asked for, better, best) so I could choose what I needed and what I could afford. CJ was extremely nice, very thorough and did a great job. I also like the lifetime warranty for the level of repair I chose (which is one of the reasons I chose that level too).
