Leaving for work I discovered the current opener had died. I called Precision and Shane was dispatched and arrived at 2PM the same day. Much appreciated. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful at answering my many questions and ultimately installing the new unit. New 370 unit is much quieter than even my last belt drive was. Shane did a great job, I would highly recommend Precision, and Shane to anyone I know.

I am very satisfied with the service tech (Todd) on time when promised, very knowledgeable about how to fix my problem also educated me on the door release when the power is off, adjusted, quiet all the squeaks and cleaned up his mess can't even tell that he has was here. Brandon was our technician. He was on time, thorough and friendly. He was great and I will not hesitate to contact PGDS again when we need service. They was nice over the phone and give me a time that a person will show. they show up at the time given. the repairman give me the cost at three different levels with three different levels of cost. I got the choice of how much that I wanted to pay. I can say at this point with the job finish is this (nice job).

Overall everything was smooth from setting up the appointment to arriving on time and fixing everything as needed. Fixed the broken spring on our single door. Our garage door bolts came off the wall. The repairman fastened the bolts into the wall and now the garage door works fine. He was timely, polite, and very efficient. We really appreciated the fast service. My husband is very hard of hearing and the repairman called when he was on route giving him plenty of notice to meet him outside the complex. The estimates have been forwarded to our landlord. Thank you once again.
