We had a garage door malfunction late Saturday night and after unsuccessfully attempting to fix it ourselves, we called Precision. They scheduled a window the next morning from 10 to 1 and the technician was here promptly at 1. He provided us three options and addressed the necessary repairs. It was courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. We would recommend your company to anyone needed repair or replacement of their garage Door.

Your Service Tech was very nice and helpful. He found a loose wire on the safety 'eyes' and that was all that was needed. I will call your company again when the need arises. My current opener system is over 15 years old. Rating on service is 5 stars.

The technician, Rick Frizzell, took care of my noisy garage door opener. He was polite, professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and started to work on the problem. It ended up he detected the problem and did not have to replace any parts. I was thankful and I would call them again if I had any other problems. Our technician, Jared, was great!! He was punctual, professional, and very competent. He explained everything that was wrong with our opener, and what needed to be done to fix the problem(s). Our house was recently struck by lightening, which caused part of the problem, but he suggested other issues that needed to be addressed. He put no pressure on us to select the most expensive option, and fully explained each option. He left the garage clean with no mess or trash to deal with after he finished the work. I was VERY impressed.

We will not recommend your company to anyone. Your technician had the $9.49 part in his hand & informed my wife it would cost $498.00 to repair. I ordered the part on line & will have it installed.

Understood sir! It is always cheaper to do things yourself. We are a service company & we have liabilities. We did not recommend just replacing the piece that was broken. There is a reason that it was broken. We simply wanted to balance the weight of the door to be able to warranty the replacement part. Sorry for the disagreement.

I had broken springs. The entire experience was great. The technician was very friendly, almost like having my son working for me. He did an 'overhaul' of my door and got it working again in about an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.

Chris did a great job explaining what was wrong with our old door and helping me to understand why I needed a new door. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. He also is a great human being. I was trying to spray a wasp nest while he was here, and I screamed when the critters came flying at me. Chris was in the garage and didnt know what was happening and he was very concerned and asked if I was OK.
