Precision Door was the best decision we made to have our door fixed right - the first time! I am by no means an expert for garage door repairs - and after having the door inspected and Brandon making the suggestions on our options - we opted to have full overhaul on our door. This was the best decision we could have made and the door is like new. My neighbor had used Precision Door for a repair and then a new door a few months later. So glad you all had a sticker on his door and the service call was on time and completed in 1 hour - we are totally amazed and thanks for making our door like new. After all - this is the most used item in the house - with 4-6 uses per day - or 1800+ uses per year - we had gotten over 27,000+/- uses and will get ALLOT more thanks to Precision Door Service!

Once again Brandon Christensen outdid himself. Early for appointment, installed new garage door opener, and fully completed job in less than 2 hours. Brandon then went over the install with me and how to program two automobile remotes in cars. Brandon has a wonderful personality, and this is my second time using him for repairs. Had Precision Door install new opener, springs, and rails in 2012 and never regretted it. In March 2016 had an intermittent problem with opening and closing door. Called Friday evening and had appt. on Saturday. Brandon checked over door and found the work in 2012 was not up to his standards. Contacted his boss and just about completely reaccomplished the work, to include new parts, at no cost.

Brandon arrived early gave me a report on the problem and the cost. He did a great timely repair and explained everything clearly. The cost was more than we had hoped but it was an old door.
