I called Precision due to their BBB accreditation. I am pleased with the results. Our installer was courteous and was quite willing answer any question we may have asked of him. He pointed out some things that needed attention. We requested he take care of those items while he was here. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

The repairmen were professional- Paid 580 dollars- had to come back out- and had to pay additional 80 dollars-We are retired and the charge seemed a little steep- didnt know how much a new one would cost? Needed to have checked into that- It squeaks but is working

Due to the age of my system and the type of damage cause by my old faulty spring, I had to get new rollers and springs as well as a new opener. Lawrence from Precision was very nice and helpful in getting my problems solved. I would recommend him and his company if you ever have a garage door emergency.

Very professional service. Also an expensive service. However, you get what you pay. And they told me it came with a lifetime warranty. So if you want to get the job done right, the first time, these guys seem equipped to do just that. I had a circuit board replaced and a broken spring replaced. However, I would highly recommend talking with the person on the phone before the technician comes out and go over all price range options for your particular service or repair. Based on some of the reviews, I thought that I had done that, but I still had sticker shock on the total price, it was about $100 over the top range the guy gave me on the phone. They will also present an "overhaul" option for a few hundred bucks more. This will include replacing the spring, roles, cable, etc. and comes with a lifetime warranty. Just be aware that they will present this option. I decided to go with that option and I have no regrets. An expensive repair, but the door and opener are working better than new. Also be aware there is a $65 charge just to come out. I also tried to use the 15% off coupon on this web site, but the tech just told me... oh I will just not charge you the $65 trip charge so its a wash.... not exactly. So I was not able to use that coupon. So, bottom-line - know what your costs will be before they come out and know what you are looking for - just the repair or to overhaul your door. Even with these items, I still recommend this company to do the repair on your door. They showed up on time and ready to get the job done, finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and the door is working great. They only thing to change in the customer approach is to be more transparent when talking with the customer so they can better understand what their costs might run into. If I have trouble with the other door... I will still call Precision Door Service.

My garage door springs and openers were over 25 years old. The openers worked, and the doors would open with remote openers. However, I wanted to upgrade to the current engineering and technology. First, I scheduled an evaluation. I received an excellent analysis with an estimate for the job. Chris made the evaluation; one week later, he completed the job. The work and new openers are excellent. Now, my wife and I do not know when one of us opens the garage! (The doors and openers are so quite.) Bill Bates Brentwood

Very satisfying experience from initial contact to completion of job. This was a simple replacement of the entry keypad (the cover had broken off the original one) However, I was treated with respect and courtesy at every level of the process. Garage door wouldn't close properly. The eyes needed to be replaced. Technician was very informative and professional. The customer service representative was very efficient and sent someone in a short time. I saw the ad in the Murfreesboro yellow pages.

Our technician Brandon came out and was great to deal with and explained everything that was needed and also why certain other things needed to be done as well and it made sense. He was very professional and patient while I waited on an answer on whether we wanted to do the additional work. He fixed the garage door and springs very promptly. My only comment of concern is not related to Brandon but instead those that take the calls and set up the appointments. They do seem to under quote or mis-communicate the prices as noted by other reviews. They should be a little more versed on the products and the possibilities that additional costs may be warranted and make potential customers aware ahead of time so they don't think repairs will cost around $150 and wind up being $500 - $750 instead. However, based on the excellent service, warranties, guarantees, etc I will definitely recommend the company to others.
