we realized at 8:30 on a Saturday night that our garage door was broken and we couldn't get it open. I opened the phone book and called several companies listed for help but they were the only one that said they could come out. The tech was very nice and knew exactly what to do. I'm only 10 hours into my new Precision garage door opener and I love it! My garage door spring broke so I checked the internet for repair companies. I chose Precision because the web page was well designed and easy to navigate. This was Saturday and I was relieved that the website stated that service calls were available on weekends. My confidence increased when the phone spokesman was pleasant and thorough so I set an appointment. I received a confirmation email for my appointment shortly after the call. Brandon arrived a few minutes before the time he had informed me by phone that he would arrive. Brandon was personable, professional, and detailed in the repairs he performed. After his expert work my garage door works perfectly.

Website is misleading. Needed spring repair on a single garage door. Website has a coupon for spring repair, but I was told by the technician, "the company no longer does partial repairs." Lowest estimate given for the repair was $519. Calling somebody else.
