Love Precision, they are prompt, informative , Send photos of the technician so you know who is coming to the door. They don't subcontract so their work is done by them and not someone else. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them for any work as they guarantee and will help with whatever issue you have. Have never had to call back for service issues.

great communications, called and let me know 30 minutes ahead that they are coming. They did a great job to program the remote controller working correctly. Lubricated the garage door. Fixed rubber bottom as they saw that one piece is broken off. Very professional overall. Great job!

Jack was out in a very timely manner, same day as my call actually. Knew what he was doing, had us done in a matter of 30 minutes or less. Did not try to sell us unneeded services products. Was knowledgeable about what he did have to offer. Will use again. (this was my third time using Precision).

Had excellent experience with Premier Garage Doors and repair at my home (11/10/25). Technician Sam Lankford was very professional, did a thorough job explaining in detail what problems existed and repairs he recommended, answered my questions and was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he handled the repairs. Earlier this summer, had a poor experience with another company and now feel that the issues are solved and with good quality parts and service work. Would definitely recommend Premier Garage Door Service and use them again!

Our technician, Jonathan Lane, was professional, skilled, and respectful of our home and property! Mr. Lane gave us ample heads up that he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner with respect to our service window. Mr. Lane stayed until the job was done, and he performed the job well and was patient in answering our questions. I absolutely would hire Precision Door again for our garage door needs. Thank you in particular to Mr. Lane for providing excellent service!

Aaron truly exemplified 5 star service he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way, arrived promptly and assessed the issues with the garage door and opener. He explained what needed to be done and went over the cost of the repair. Work was agreed upon and he promptly completed the needed repairs. A job well done! Thank you Aaron!!

This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for your great service!!

Think you for the quick response to our garage issue. Jonathan was a professional in every way. Quickly analyzed the issue and was equipped with tools and product to repair. Stayed late to finish the job, I want to thank you for hiring veterans who served this great country. Jonathan was exceptional in ability and character. It was truly a pleasure to meet and speak to him. He certainly an asset to your company. This reflects on your company's hiring policy. Jonathan is the type of person that if I could not be home for the service call, I would say the key is under the door mat.

The technician, Garrett Wright, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he provided a clear and detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed. He not only replaced the door spring efficiently but also took the time to educate me about the mechanism and proper maintenance.

NOTE: This was an ANNUAL SAFETY CHECK, NOT a service/repair visit. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE. Mr. Garrett was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He checked the Precision insulated garage door installed earlier this year and the Precision Garage Door Opener installed almost 20 years ago. The opener operates smoothly and quietly despite its age. The insulated garage door keeps garage temperatures above freezing during the most frigid weather and helps the garage stay a bit cooler on hotter days. (My water heater and back-up refrigerator are in the garage, so garage temperature is important).

I bought a house that had a nonfunctioning garage door keypad as well as a non-functioning wall-mounted opener inside. The remote I had been given worked when it felt like it. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door, and when I called, they were able to give me an appointment for the next day! Sam with Precision was punctual, courteous and quite competent. He solved all of the problems I had with the garage door and the openers in under an hour for a reasonable amount. I was quite pleased.

Repairman was extremely helpful and took extra time to discuss the needed repairs. The response to my initial request for service on your web site at 11pm came within 15 seconds and my request for next day service was recognized and a promise to attempt to work us in was immediately made. We did infact get next day service which took about an hour. Thanks for the over the top attention to our problem!

Great company to deal with. We have used them a few times for installs. This was the first service issue we have encountered. Scheduling was great. Our service technician Jack was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable on doors. Re-rigged door cable and counter balance spring. Door back in action. Great company.
