Door wouldn't open or close. Called the company who installed our garage door opener 2 months ago. The tech arrived and could not figure out why it wasn't working. On recommendation from a friend, we called Precision. Jonathan came same day (within a few hours) and looked at the door and new exactly what the problem was. He explained what was needed, showed us all the issues, gave us a quote. He performed all the repairs in about an hour, with the door working great. He even had the parts on his truck so no delay or having to order parts. Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We will use precision again if needed. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door is now my go to. First off the reviews looked good. Second I could schedule an appointment online right then (Saturday) versus having to wait to call on Monday. The technician Jack was very helpful giving me all my options. Very good experience.

Perfect professionals from beginning to end. The phone call to the end result, didn't hit one issue with this company. The tech was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, quick, professional and he actually spent time to explain the process to us. This is our second time using PDS, we won't use another company for our garage needs!

My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.

Thank you for sending Arron Patarello to repair my garage doors. He was very professional and understood not only my needs but my expectations. He has great communication skills and explained everything that was needed to repair my garage doors. I was very pleased with his work. He explained another repair that would enhance my garage doors and provided me with a cost estimate. If I choose to have this done, I will request the company send Mr. Patarello to make the repairs. Thank you for the great service I received today.
