We have "antique" garage doors, which occasionally present problems. One was being very balky, getting stuck. In later July, we had some parts replaced/repaired, and the door worked smoothly for almost a month. Then, the wire cables came off the pulleys. Brian came and put them back on. Since, then, only minor bulkiness has occurred. One of the openers seems to work better than the other.

Service was very prompt! Called about 7am got an appointment for between 10am and noon same day. Technician arrived at 10am, impressive! he was dressed in uniform and very friendly. Replaced torsion springs, garage door had one he replaced with two, center bearing, end bearing, heavy duty cables, commercial drums, sealed bearings nylon rollers, and tune up. 5 STARS

We had problems with our garage door closing half way and retracting again. Jared Ange with his problem-solving attitude figured out that it was not the opener, but instead our old and loose hinges, which caused friction against the frame. After replacing them with better quality hinges he eliminated the friction and solved the issues. Jared is professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He fixed the problems without any upsaling pressure, and the fees were reasonable.

When our garage door spring broke, I began researching repair companies. I found wonderful reviews on the Precision website. I contacted the customer service rep. She quickly set up an appt. and told me that she would send a confirmation email. The Precision technician, Chris, called to confirm his arrival time. He arrived at the time he said he would. He assessed our garage doors and explained exactly what we would need along with a price quote. He was very thorough and polite. He replaced our springs. Garage door died on a holiday weekend ( Saturday, July 5). door was so heavy could not be opened manually (at least by us), and both vehicles were stranded in the garage, leaving us prisoners in our own home! Picked Precision off the internet since advertised 7/24 and holiday service (same-day!). App't. set for afternoon. Brandon, the tech, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem and offered options for repair. We chose an option, Brandon went to work (had all needed parts on truck) and door was repaired in 90 minutes. Repair was not inexpensive but,considering the situation, we were very pleased to get the repair done, We would use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

I do not remember my technician's name but he was a very polite young man. Both of my garage doors were having issues. He gave me good data on replacing them vs. repairing them. I decided to see if he could fix them and he did. I bought a new remote and a exterior keypad. Everything is working great. I will be coming back to you guys when I need new openers or if i decide to upgrade the look of the doors.

Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! First experience with PDS. Called at 8 pm after a spring broke. Used Yellowbook, ad for 24 hrs service prompted me to call. Service was set for 11 am next morning. Received call that technician was enroute around 9:30. Brandon quickly assessed the parts needed to repair the spring and suggested a couple upgrades to improve operation. No pressure. The cost for all repairs was known before the work began. Within 1 hr, the repairs were complete. I appreciate the quick response, having the parts for the repair on the truck, and the professional attitude. Overall, great job.
