Precision was available the day after Thanksgiving, when most other places were not. Lawrence came out and got the broken garage door in place until he could return with the new garage door. Lawrence was friendly, polite and very professional. I highly recommend Precision...especially if you have the pleasure to work with Lawrence!

On a Saturday, one of my door springs broke. I called the company whose sticker was on my garage door and who advertised 24-hour emergency service, but got no return phone call. I called Precision and got an appointment for later in the day. A little while later, James called me and said he could be there in about 20 minutes, which was about 3 hours earlier than I had expected. He showed up as he promised and was professional and courteous throughout the visit. (I had already read his bio online and knew who to expect.) While he didn't try to "sell" me anything, he explained the different services available (besides repairing the broken spring). I ended up going with an overhaul, and not only is the door working again, it is much quieter than before. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

I was very pleased with the quick, same day service. Door would not close on cold days (outdoor temps below 40 degrees). New rollers and bearings have seemed to correct the problem. Service Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing for new weather stripping and installation seemed a little high.

Very professional service from start to finish. I called originally because the remotes weren't working. Brian came out and discovered that we had inadvertently pressed the lock button (I have never owned a garage before and we just bought this house). He reset it and it worked fine for a couple of days. Then it got stuck in the up position, and when we tried to close the door it would go down about 3 inches then go back up. I called Precision back and was informed by a very friendly woman that if the problem was related to the previous visit there would be no charge. Brian came back out and diagnosed the problem as the circuit board. Replacing it would cost about $200.00, but the remotes would not work. My options were operating the door manually (which my wife wouldnâ??t hear of), or purchasing a new opener (the one that stopped working was over 20 years old). We purchased a new unit, Brian installed it, and we are very pleased. It is super quiet and Brian was very thorough in explaining how to operate the unit, and left the garage just as clean as when he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Door to anyone.

Our home is now 12 years old and it is known that builders do not always install top of the line products - mechanical items seem to need replacement sooner that 10 years - so it is remarkable that the components of our garage door went the 12 years. The spring installed when the house was built was not a match for the motor, and it was time for some repairs - which Precision did expertly and within short notice. The two springs now match the motor and the gears so I am expecting trouble free performance for a long time to come.

My experience was the best repair/replace since I moved to TN several years ago. Brian Prinz is a prince of a worker; polite, sincere, good worker, and genuine. I felt I could trust what he told me was accurate and he understood his trade. Thank you Brian. I chose Precision because their advertising made it clear that garage doors are their specialty. I also like the fact that I was emailed a photo of the individual that would be coming to my house along with their bio. Shane and Sean worked with me until I was comfortable with the process. They were very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. They performed a complete garage door overhaul on each of my existing wood doors and installed garage door openers for me. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their skill.
