Shane was superb. He called with an offer to arrive early and was here within 30 minutes of that call. He explained the problem thoroughly and offered options without ANY sales pressure. The problem was solved within an hour. Shane also advised me of possible issues in the future because of the age of my unit. I have his card and will not hesitate to call Precision again.

This had to be the best experience I have ever had when it comes to hiring out for a home repair. I found Precision by searching for garage door repair online and checking out their website. I loved the site so I gave them a call. Shane, my technician, was at my house within the hour. Shane was very professional and I could tell he enjoys his job. He was very kind and had a very no pressure inspection on my garage door. He replaced the springs, rollers, pulleys, cables, and maybe a couple more minor things in just about 1.5 hours! We experienced an emergency garage door situation and had to schedule a Saturday service call. Although resolving the problem turned out to be a little more costly that we had hoped,the technician was extremely informative as to what the problem was and how to solve it. He also offered expert advice on just how our garage door operates, and pointed out the items that would serve our needs in a more positive way. There was no "hard sell pitch" or anything like that. We now have an upgraded garage door that has a lifetime warranty. He was great, and worked very efficiently. We have used this company before, and experienced the same professional yet friendly service. I highly recommend this company!

I found Precision in the yellow pages of the phone book. I was very pleased with the overall service. Eugene showed up right on schedule to give me an estimate. He told me all the options in a simple, straght-forward, non "salesy" way. Four days later, Jesse arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, personable, and obviously very experienced. Everyone was pleasant and courtious. The times were met on schedule, The tech new what he was doing and went right to work and did not goof off.He was very neat and cleaned up every thing. The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.

I called Precision after the garage door closed on my wife's car and was severely damaged. Jared arrived at the appointment time the following day, and we discussed a new door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available and never tried to hard sell me anything, consequently I was able to make a sound decision. After he wrote the order up, he got his tools and parts and was able to repair my broken door so it would function until the new one came in. He was even truthful enough to tell me that while Precision may be slightly higher in price, the thorough work they do to replace a door is better than most if not all garage repair places. I am sure if the service I received for my broken door is any indication, I will be very happy with the installation of the new door.

We were very impressed with Merrick. He was very knowledgeable, well spoken, helpful, and friendly. During the visit to repair our garage door springs, we were able to get our remotes all working and our door opening again. He was very dedicated to our satisfaction.
