I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. He was eager to inform me of all he was doing as he went and was very personable. Now the door operates without a hitch. I highly recommend Precision.

I had a broken cable on one of my doors that Precision had previously converted from a side spring operation. The cable broke, and you sent a technician out on Sunday to repair the door. He replaced the cable and told me that there was no charge, since the cable was covered under the warranty. We have converted all of the doors and could not be happier with the service. A great product with great technicians.

We had Jared Ange out for a tuneup of door, checked/lubed opener, replaced bottom gasket of door. Very professional and courteous. Only issue.., after service, the opener was rattling louder than when we started!. After further review of opener, I found a screw missing from the cover. I've remedied the rattling! Attention to detail suggested. Thank you

I had a garage hardware replacement and a new door installed. Technicians were very friendly and certainly knew their products. I never felt as though they were pushing a higher cost repair or product. I really appreciated that they were clearly identified and right on time with a arrival call as they promised. I felt like the technician was very friendly. He did a good job with the install. I am not thoroughly convinced he knew how to diagnose my problem and maybe we went overboard in the "fix". It was definitely very pricey $555. My problem was that my garage door would intermittently not lift. I also felt my initial wiring was too fragile so I asked him to replace the eyes.

They do a good job of responding to your call that day. I called with an issue and they sent someone out that evening at 6:30. however, I had sticker shock on the price. they wanted $730 to fix the spring on the door and I called another company and got it done for $290. Be sure to compare pricing before you have them do the job.

Arron did a super job. He called to tell me he was on his way and was there within the hour. Told me how long he expected it to take to remove old door and re install/program new door. I think he missed his guess by 5 min. I'd recommend precision doors.

when I called in about my door opener I told them I had a stanley and gave the model number etc. The person on the phone did not say anything about it. When the tech arrive he looked at the opener and said we dont service them. To me it was a huge waste of my time as well as his. I would of thought with your company experience they would know up front what you service and what dont service. Just very dissaponted that I waste my time and his.

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.
