first time I used Precision, the spring had sprung and there was no escape! They were there quickly, got our cars out and then proceeded to fix us up. The second time was a few years later and a nail had interfered with the cabling. Again, the guy that came out was professional, gave me options and then fixed us up in a very timely manner. I called Precision in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning to service my garage door. Lawrence did an excellent job of fixing my non-functioning garage eyes and installing new rollers to make the door close smoothly. He also replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door as the old strip was cracked and letting water into the garage when it rained. Thanks again!

I appreciated that I received an email the day before the service with a picture of the serviceman. On the day of the service; he called an hour ahead to verify his time of arrival and arrived right on time. The service was done quickly and price was very reasonable. I loved the fact that I knew who my technician was going to be before he showed up. Aaron was professional and didn't mind me being in the garage while he was doing the work. He ran into a couple of snags that he worked through (due to the way my previous opener was installed) and made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.

I don't offer comments like this unless I feel the company earned it...and Precision absolutely earned it. After a bad experience with one of Precision's competitors I contacted them to fix the issue from the first company and also install a new opener. They were excellent to work with. The technician showed up on time, fully explained the work he was going to do, gave me the price which included the service fee, taxes, etc. so I knew exactly what I was paying...and he even corrected the work from a previous company at no additional cost. If you need any service on your Garage door don't waste your time with anyone else.

Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.
