I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

Great service. We ended up replacing our springs and related hardware along with adding a new belt drive opener. Much quieter now and the new opener has a lot of modern features which is nice. Jason did a great job and was in and out in about an hour and a half.

Definitely a 5 star rating. Jason was the technician who came to replace our outside key pad and service the doors. He was very professional, courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. He made sure that he practiced "social distancing" and answered all of my questions. He also left me can of spray for the hinges, as the last one I purchased had a defective sprayer nozzle.
