I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

My husband and I recently bought a home and the garage door ran really rough We scheduled a tune up for the garage door opener. The technician arrived on time and addressed ALL the issues and had the needed supplies on the truck to make all repairs and the garage door now operates like it it is new. Repair man was nice but the problem was not fixed and we still paid $154 for less than 5 minutes of work. They are coming out again tomorrow so we will see if they can fix it again.

Great service. We ended up replacing our springs and related hardware along with adding a new belt drive opener. Much quieter now and the new opener has a lot of modern features which is nice. Jason did a great job and was in and out in about an hour and a half.

Jayson, the Precision Technician , was very personable and performed the installation with minimum problems. He explained the whole process associated with the new door opener very well. The whole installation went very well; however, I reserve final judgement of the process until the system is still running efficiently 1-2 months from now.
