Definitely a 5 star rating. Jason was the technician who came to replace our outside key pad and service the doors. He was very professional, courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. He made sure that he practiced "social distancing" and answered all of my questions. He also left me can of spray for the hinges, as the last one I purchased had a defective sprayer nozzle. All of my interactions through the years with Precision have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors, openers or repairs.

My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

I recently had Precision Garage Door Service out to my house for repairs and was so pleasantly surprised with their promptness. I called on a Saturday, they came Sunday morning right on time. Repairs were explained clearly and took just about an hour. I was given three options for repairs to accommodate my budget. I was really please with the experience and will recommend PGDS to anyone who asks!

I used a different company five years ago for a repair, so I called them last evening when my garage door was stuck open. After getting no answer, or voicemail, I found your website. The phone was answered quickly by a real person, and after we discussed my problem, I was given an appointment for first thing this morning. Jason Skillern arrived right on time, and was both professional and friendly. I had thought the motor had burned out after 21 years, but Jason pointed out that the carriage was hung up on a screw. Since another part of the carriage was damaged, I decided to have basically everything but the door and spring replaced due to its age. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, or buy the most expensive package. Jason complted the work in about an hour, and walked me through everything I neded to know. You can be sure that I will use your compan if I ever need help with the door or equipment

After another company failed to show up on a Saturday afternoon I called Precision Door on Saturday evening to see if they could help me out. They set an appointment for the very next day. Then come Sunday morning the service person actually called in advance of the appointment to say they were running ahead and asked if they could arrive early. They offered straightforward and honest pricing and did not pressure me into paying for something I did not want. The work was performed efficiently and professionally. My only complaint with the experience is that I didn't call Precision Door in the first place. Thanks to the Precision Door team for respecting my time and helping me get this door fixed quickly and professionally.

I called and Precision came out within 2 hours as there advertisements stated. They performed a tune up on 3 doors right away. Some additional pieces were needed and they were back the following day and installed the special ordered pieces. The technicians were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They deserve a10 stars however the most I can give them is 5. Thank you so much for the great service
